Great location next to restaurants and shops. Very close to the ferry pier. We had a seaview room with a balcony and that really made our stay fantastic!

At least 4 or 5 people in a 2-person room next door were very noisy. Another person staying in the hotel knocked on their door and complained before we had to complain a second time. You can hear everything!

The location and top floor

The building construction was so noisy close to the hotel (Saturday) the staff didnt try to do anything to stop it. Overcharged 80hkd just for 30mins late check you, a scam !

Check in was easy, very friendly staff and room was ready as soon as I arrived.

The WiFi was a little slow during periods of heavy use. Other guests can be a little noisy however this is not the fault of the Hotel.

The rooftop space is great!

We booked the standard room for 2 adults and one child. It was super small. So small that a cot would not fit. I will look into the larger room next time.

The 11m2 room was more like 9m2. It was an odd shape, (L shape rather than standard square) We could barely open the door of the room. It was a corner room to the back of the building with lots of noises from people walking by since the windows are no double glazed. The new restaurant downstairs (where the reception area used to be) has an extractor fan that we could hear from our room with the windows closed. We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed the space and comfort of a balcony room but this room was the opposite. Hard bed, tiny bathroom with toilet right up against the glass shower wall. This room was 3G. Free toothbrushes but no water.

there was construction work going on so there's noise in daytime . also there's no kettle inside the room . the room is barely soundproofing.

I have stayed with this establishment before so I knew what to expect. Room was generally clean with little dust, however, I did see a used toothbrush that was left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest.

Although the stay itself was nice and the service was friendly, it could do with a little updating. I stayed in a Seaview room, but I couldnt control the balcony light so sometimes the light would shine through the curtains during the night.

That we only booked one night and did not have to stay any longer.

The sea view had a building site and piles of rubbish. The room stank of fish paste and seafood. Seems the microwave or plates were not cleaned properly. The room is tiny and was the size of a single room and had a combined shower toilet. We booked the room for 2 adults and one child under 11. Still they tried to charge us extra money per hight of the child and to buy an extra bed for 200 or 300 HKD (not sure how this would have fitted into the room). Just to be fair when I explained that this is not mentioned on booking.com they finally said ok. I really don’t understand how this place could ever get any good reviews. There are so much nicer places in HK for the same price. Lamma island is fun though!

The location is convenient. There are lots of restaurants and stores around. Despite of that, the room isn’t noisy so it’s good. The room itself is cosy, clean and has everything we needed - besides fridge, electric kettle etc, I’m surprised they have cutleries and microwave too! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they let us check in earlier than the usual time - to put down our luggage and settle down. I also like that they have this policy to allow guests extend their stay for a reasonable hourly charge. We will definitely stay with this property again!!

The WiFi connection is not stable. Sometimes it disappeared from the list of available network too.
