Extremely welcoming, lots of thought had clearly gone into making our stay as comfortable as possible, exceptional breakfast & standard of cleanliness superb!

Absolutely nothing!

A lovely, warm welcome from Ann with tea and coffee provided and information on the local area. The room and ensuite bathroom were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda with a fantastic view of the river Dart and the town. Continental breakfast on the first morning was brought to our room at the time we requested. It was everything we would want and more. The second morning we enjoying a cooked breakfast on the balcony upstairs which was high end restaurant quality. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent property and our room had spectacular views over Dartmouth. Being abe to have breakfast on the verander helped as the weather was very good.

Car access to the property is a little difficult due to it being in an old part of town on a steep hill but once that has been mastered it didn't cause any issues

The room was lovely, with small garden and veranda. The breakfast was adequate.

The fact that parking is offered and actually there really isn’t any. The road suggested to park in is very narrow, this was a concern as we have a rather expensive car. The toast at breakfast should not be wrapped in tin foil, as this makes the toast sweat, resulting in soggy toast. I did not like the fact the host text during your holiday, to ask you to leave umbrellas and wet clothes in the hall. Suggesting that you are unable to make the decision for yourself, that I (as an adult) would not be able to think for myself. I am sensible enough to make the decision for myself. Perhaps some of the guests are inconsiderate when having wet clothes.

Very pleasant room, comfortable bed, very good bathroom and a lovely private terrace with a wonderful view of Dartmouth. Helpful and friendly hosts with well informed suggestions on where and what to do in Dartmouth. Good breakfast. Short, if steep, walk from the center of Dartmouth.

Getting there by car is challenging, but with the help of the hosts quite doable.

The views were amazing, lovely comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

Because of high position on the hill the walk back and forth to town was hard walking.
