Excellent accueil du personnel qui est disponible et très sympathique. Une personne a la réception parle un peu français. La chambre est très propre, très confortable, excellente literie et calme car l'hôtel est dans une petite impasse , à proximité du quartier des restaurants et bars sans en avoir les inconvénients en terme de bruit. Bon petit déjeuner. J'y reviendrais sans soucis !

Renouveler le buffet du petit déjeuner , ayant séjourné une semaine, il était identique tous les séjours mais en soit ce n'est pas un problème mais une voie d'amélioration

La gentillesse du personnel qui s’est mis en 4 pour rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable Un merci tout particulier à Rosie qui n’a de cesse de nous expliquer, nous aider , en français !!! Une personne qui restera longtemps dans notre cœur ainsi que ses collègues David , toujours le sourire aux lèvres et Ruby qui rit tout le temps et qui était extrêmement efficace , mille mercis à vous 3, super équipe, superbes vacances…!

Reception staff and porter is nice and give us usable shop information around Hotel. We went one of recommended spa, and it was really rich relaxation. Bed-making was done carefully and pretty, and the welcome fruit was wonderful, too! Because it locates a little behind main street, it's vey convenient and we spend it calmly although it was in the center of Hue. We could enjoy New Year's Fireworks from our balcony! The breakfast is simple but sufficient, too.

At the moment we entered our room, we found a smell of the moisture. I turned on an air-conditioner and it became comfortable without smell in 15 minutes. I think it's better to do the same for a while before leading a guest to the room. Room interior was simpler than photographs, but is reasonable enough from a price when I think.

Todo perfecto, llegamos en un vuelo muy temprano y nos permitieron hacer early check in, nos sirvieron un café de bienvenida y en la habitación había fruta de estación, también nos contaron todo lo que se puede hacer en hue ofreciéndonos tours y actividades así como alquiler de motos. Nos trataron de maravilla, la ubicación es perfecta. La relación precio-calidad es inmejorable.

We loved everything about the hotel. Especially the Staff. Ruby on Reception and her colleagues were so friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is very cute, tucked away on a little side road in Hue. The staff were amazing, incredibly nice and very helpful for organising things. Many thanks to all the staff!

You can clearly hear the noise from the night walking street nearby due to poor soundproofing. It stops at 11pm, but then starts with loud music again at 6am, so bring some good earplugs if you want to sleep.

Suuuper Zentral, Walking Street um die Ecke mit jeder Menge Leben. Wir bekamen einen Obstteller aufs Zimmer und ein kostenloses Frühstück, sehr nette Leute

Bisschen älter, hat aber trotzdem Charme, leider etwas schwer zu finden, der Taxifahrer war überfordert, da man von der Hauptstrasse in eine ganz kleine Gasse muss. Hängt zwar ein kleines Schild an der Straße….

Fridge in our room wasn't working. Breakfast offering quite weak, not helped by the room being stuffy and airless.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt zentral, in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Deshalb ist es auch sehr ruhig. Da Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingereicht. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Es gab auch immer frisches Obst im Zimmer.

Ganz kleiner Nachteil: Unser Zimmer war relativ klein und wir hatten viel Gepäck, deshalb war es relativ eng im Zimmer. Aber das ist wirklich das einzige, was man als „negativ“ erwähnen kann.

The Scarlett Boutique Hotel is all that you need in the centre of Hue. The staff are all lovely, especially Ruby, and they are very helpful with good recommendations where to eat and visit. The breafasts were generous and delicious. Note. T.Roaster Coffee Cafe across the road has delicious coffee in a tranquil aircon area.

This place was overall a good choice. The position is perfect for visiting Hue, but it is also in a quiet hidden alley, far from the noise. The room was not very big but cozy, the toilet was also ok. I liked that they offered some typical fruit as welcome kit. Breakfast was ok,we had pho and scrambled eggs they were nice.

Breakfast's variety could be improved. The staff overall made us feel a little strange, they were somewhat cold with us
