Nice location, comfy bed, good sized room, easy to find, good facilities - fridge and microwave in the hallway to use, easy to check in and out.

Toilet in shared bedroom had a very weak flush and took a very long time to refill.

Room was small and had basin in room which was unnecessary due to the room also having a well equipped modern bathroom. Bed linen and towels were good quality but beds themselves were far too soft for us.

We came for one night, and this place was perfect! It is very cozy and personal, with maps, board games, books, a TV etc. Exactly what you need for a night. The fridge and the collection of warm drinks were very convenient, and it was easy to do the self check in, even late in the evening. Thanks for a nice stay!

The bed was not the most comfortable, and we could only open one window to air during the night. There were some dust in the ceiling, but overall quite clean. We would still recommend!

The room was awesome, had so much comfort. I will make sure i come again for more days and enjoy Poole.

I forgot my tooth paste and brush. Hahahahaha. Nothing else to dislike,the owner was so sweet and organized i was completely amazed how simple it was to be there.

This was our second time staying at the annexe and have found it to be a very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in the area.

Parkside Bed no Breakfast is in a great location to access local transport and the shopping centre. It was a stress-free early check-in & the accommodation supported my requirements of peace and rest.
