It's a five star hotel after all and it's clean with great service.
Great pool, gym facilities were working.
FNB 15% discount was pretty sweet.
Breakfast is really great for the price.
The interior decor isn't too great but neither is Taj Palace anyway for that matter.
The swimming pool changing room light didn't work. Too many pigeons around the pool too.

Staff was courteous.. Tarun kumar was too good.

The cleaning crew worked really respectful. Neha at reception was also very kind and helpful to my mom and l during our stay.
A bit more variety in the food options for foreigners would have been nice.

The bed was really comfortable and cozy.
Just half the floor was carpet- aesthetically not very pleasing.
Tap issue in the bathroom - the shower button was not functioning until the complaint was raised. Later the same got rectified.
The taps and showers were not having warm water.
There were sudden and frequent power-cuts.
And the most important one-
The steam iron was leaking and it actually spoiled one of my shirts while ironing.

One of the staff bring something we didn’t order when we told him we didn’t order his reaction was not good as if we are oblige to take the food even we didn’t order he went away and didn’t come to our table he avoid looking at us the next day also we noticed his behavior towards us was the same

They don't provide room slippers , comb... The AC duct was having pigeon feather. AC was stuck at 19 Deg C and even their enginnering guy could not fix it.

The entire experience was amazing and It was a very pleasant and satisfied stay at the hotel.
Khushboo from your restaurant was outstanding who made the Breakfast experience extraordinary.
Tejasvi at the front dest is definately an asset to your hotel coz not only did she welcome at the time of checkin.. but she was allways very pleasant and more than helpful when ever we called the reception.
I am a very frequent traveler and i would rate very high on my over all experience with my stay here.. Cheers!! to the entire team here
I hated booking.com for showing this hotel as 1 mile away from knowledge park 2nd phase and this created a lot of inconvenience
