Spacious, clean and had everything for a home from home stay

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was nice, well equipped, clean and the view was stunning.

One night there was an issue with the hot water at the shower, the water was cold. The location is outside Menaggio and it is pretty difficult to get to the city without a car.

Gorgeous view of Lake Como, very clean and comfortable.

Casa Laura Apt.6 is a well equiped apartment, in a great location and perfect to house me, my husband and his parents whilst we explored the region. The views from the balcony and the pool area are spectacular, the pool was a great addition to the property.

The bathroom attached to the upstairs bedroom has a tiny bath/shower, not great for adults but perhaps good for kids, we used the downstairs shower when needed, which wasn’t a problem though.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Picked up the keys from the lake como villas that manage this property. The team at the villa were warm, welcoming and accommodating. When arriving at the property the door to the balcony was faulty but this was rectified within the day. The photos do not do this place justice. The pool is directly outside the top bedroom which is excellent. The pool are is huge, that photos do not show this but it’s fantastic. And the view is just phenomenal. Apartment is suited 2mins away from the bus stop that takes your directly down to Menaggio. We had a car but was great if any of us want to have a couple of drinks in town. Would return and wouldn’t hesitate in rebooking this apartment.

Great view on the south direction of the lake from balcony (apartment Laura 6) and wonderful panoramic view on the lake from the rooftop (accesible directly from the upper bedroom). Very spacious kitchen with living room, comfortable beds, nice sunbeds on the terrace, your own car garage and of course the infinity pool on the roof - pretty small but with so awesome view.... Perfect!

Bathtub in upper bedroom is weird and not comfortable at all - but who cares if you have a pool 5 meters away. Car is a must have to access the city of Mennagio - there is a long way from apartment to main city.
