The place is near the wharf , and the staff are welcoming. All in all its superb and very nice to stay there we will definitely check in again once we go back.

My only comment are the cats we love eating outside the veranda for fresh air , and my kids are not used to having animals roaming around while eating, dont get me wrong , we have asthma thats why we dont have animals at home.

Location is very near to the dock area. Host was accommodating and easy to deal with. Room was clean.

Water pressure was very low in the 2nd floor. I never tried the shower but I doubt it would work given the water pressure. Aircon was under sized with the room size. I think it was just 0.5 to 0.75 HP. You'll be needing to turn on the wall fan to be more comfortable.

Great location - few minutes of walking to the port. I like the open floor area and balconies for guests, with possibility to boil a water or cook rice. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of that place and staff's helpfulness. I believe it was a great value for money.

Friendly and helpful housekeepers, helping us to book a boat tour and renting a scooter . Possibility to cook your own meal (we bought fresh fish from the fishermen coming in at the port and cooked it here)

No hot water for shower. Housekeeper had to boil water and gave it to us so we could mix it with cold water in a bucket.

There was no breakfast in the package which I understand - we brought our own food. The location is great, just a short walk from the wharf where you could book your hundred island hopping tour. The resto foods are not as good in Manila but as pricey in Manila (e.g. Maxine is so over rated).

The extremely horrible sound of the rattling thin roof (that serves as cover in-between the 2 flat roofs) in the terrace fronting the room where we stayed gave us a sleepless night. It was stormy 2-day stay, even if there are no storms the roof cladding continues to rattle when the wind blows like there is a demolition going on. It so unfortunate that we proceeded with our out of town trip thinking that typhoon will recede by next day so we could book the Hundred Islands tour but it did not happen, we were forced to stay in the room but we cant sleep and rest due to that irritating sound. It would be best to reinforce that piece of Thin sheet of "yero" or use thicker "yero" to muffle that horrible sound. All I remember from this Alaminos trip is that excruciating sound.
