Very respectable and top in literature and kindness and they offer all the services you want, and breakfast is very delicious, I will repeat my visit to them next time ❤️

WiFi was a bit slow

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The property is well cared for and exceptionally clean. Good location near beach and restaurants. Excellent value for money. The lady owner was lovely, She makes her guests feel welcome and looks after their needs.

As a single female traveller, I was uncomfortable with personal remarks made by the owner’s son and maybe he needs to be more mindful of this in future,

Such a nice family hosting in this Vila. Cleanest room/bathroom/house of all SriLanka. Really great place to stay. At night you can’t hear anything, just silence. One minute from train station and restaurant. 2 minutes from one of the most beautiful beach of SriLanka. Delicious breakfast incuded. 12/10, recomend to everyone!

Lovely, clean room in friendly home stay. The family were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious - lots of tasty homemade food. Just a short walk to the beach and to some good restaurants. Would recommend.

The host and his family are very nice and happy to help you with activities in Bentota. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. We had a great time and would have liked to stay longer!

homestay is not at the Beach as indicated. you get to the beach in a 4 min by walking. wifi is not working proper

it’s an immaculately clean 3 bedroom guesthouse ran by Prianthi with some help from her husband and son. The breakfast is magnificent so much delightful home cooked food. On our last evening the 4 of us ordered a Sri Lankan curry there. It was a banquet! Highly recommend this lovely guesthouse a 5 minute walk from the beach. Her husband is a very reasonable priced tuktuk driver too.

- Very clean - Excellent breakfast - Very friendly family, they help you in all cases, provide tea or organize trips for you. I did the lake safari and it was really nice. I could see monkeys, crocodiles, one chameleon and lots more. They also provide TukTuk service - The owner speaks german and can provide a lot of information - Very nice restaurants close by and also the beach is not far

- Upon 5 to 6 am there was a loud sang from the temple close by, so for me it was not possible to sleep during this time - You need to pay in cash, not sure if this is a common thing in sri lanka. Also I did not get back the change money. They told me to bring it to me later, but I guess they forgot about it. As it was not too much, I see it as a tip for the outstanding service

Slow and restricted wifi, which doesn't matter if your on a proper vaccation, but limiting if you really need it.

The breakfast was included in the price and it was huge. We missed it when we left! It was really clean and generally had a homely and safe feel to it. It is run by a married couple and their son who were very kind.

The room was on the small side. The bed was king size but there was not much floor space left. It is a 10 minute walk away from Bentota beach. This was not an issue for us but it is not on the beachfront as advertised.

Had everything I needed and the proprietor was very nice. Breakfast was good but for me too much food.

The Villa was super clean! This property is managed by a mom and son who are extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was so scrumptious. Loved our stay and will definitely come back here if we visit Bentota!

We had a lovely one-night stay here, we instantly wished we were staying longer. The guest house hosts were very warm and welcoming, and the space you have is private. The picture is exactly like it is in person, bright and EXTREMELY CLEAN. I really don't understand how a place can be this clean, it's impressive. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended and would 💯 return.

The host is very friendly and very helpful. Helped me to make booking for tuk tuk and recommeded a wonderful place for massage. The location is near to the beach and train station. The breakfast is superb,delicious!

The owner was Amazing and the Breakfast was outstanding all local and all freshly made and so much, you definitely would be missing out, they arranged some Tours which were good.
