The Staff were fantastic, as was the breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location to the ExCel was great.

It was hard to lock our bathroom door.

Clean and fairly spacious rooms, nice bathroom, air con available, staff were friendly, decent breakfast options (there was a waffle maker!), tube stop only 5 mins down the road.

No fridge in the room which was disappointing, especially given how hot it was this weekend gone.

We booked this hotel for a show at the 02 amd didnt appreciate the distance ( totally on us) Great hotel but not ideal if you’re heading to an evening show at the 02 as you’ll need a taxi back afterwards

Shower pressure was great!

The room wasn’t very clean and there were items left by the previous guest that hadn’t been removed or cleaned. The mirror lights in the bathroom did not work and the desk lamp also didn’t work. I called reception to see if they could assist and was told that someone would be with me within “ten minutes” but no one showed, and the lights were not fixed. After running the shower, there was a terrible drainage/sewerage smell that lingered in the room for a long time which was really unpleasant. The room door did not close properly and it had to be pushed very hard in order to close it, which is concerning for safety. My room was also an adjoining room which I was not informed about so even though the other guests couldn’t get in unless both of us unlocked our doors, it felt weird.

Easy access to the DLR. Clean, fresh room with all the necessary amenities for a good stay. Friendly staff and helpful.

Breakfast room a little hectic

Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the room was tidy. Perhaps a bit small for a family, but it was not too bad for a weekend stay in London. Very close to the metro/subway a across the London city airport, so a very nice location. Breakfast was really good.

We had a relatively small room for 3 and it had a locked door to the room next to us, so we could hear the people/person in the other room through this door. The window won't open, so no fresh air and the viewas on the back of a building.

Beds and pillows were a little hard, but still had a good sleep.

Good location, busses and trains are near. The room was nice, clean, quiet, great big window, breakfast was fabulous! Staff was very friendly and we are happy that we pick this hotel! Thank you!

Najsłabszym punktem hotelu jest śniadanie. Dokładnie niska jakość produktów jak słodka z proszku jajecznica, niedobre kiełbaski, plastikowe pomidory i ogórki ...Sprawę ratowała dobra kawa i gofry.

Location, breakfast, house-keeping and people at reception are not very prompt.

Clean, friendly staff. Good location and reasonable cost. Staff extremely helpful and dealt with our requests efficiently. Breakfast was excellent - well organised and staff very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.

Toilet paper was very thin. Down lighters VERY bright

Great location, close to DLR to other connecting services. Lovely walk alongside City Airport and down to the IFS Cloud at Royal Docks. Easy parking.

Rooms could do with a better eye to detail. USB charging one side of the bed but not the other. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. Light mattress that moves off the bed with ease. Two teabags, one milk. Overall not the best room for value for money. One very snappy breakfast staff member, telling people to move or not queue due to the tiny space for food and drinks. Overly congested at the peak times not making it a pleasant experience, especially when you are barked at before your first coffee!

Room was very good as usual. Breakfast was very good, but there were too many staff hovering in the way - they could be more discrete and observational.

I had a foot injury so went to get a coffee in my socks as my shoes were hurting, I was told to put my shoes on. The staff member could have been a little more polite. I noticed another client in the lift had slippers provided. Maybe I should have asked for them. Anyway, minor irritation. Staff are normally more chatty in Hiltons I have stayed in elsewhere. I felt a bit like a number.

I loved the location. It is a 15 minutes walk from the shops but a great excuse to go out in this weather. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Room was a decent size and clean. The TV is big and I was able to connect my Fire stick which was a massive bonus. Breakfast was decent.

Requested for an early check-in and we got it. Thank you so much it was so helpful as we were drained out of energy from our early morning flight. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very clean. Breakfast was asome with large varieties of options. Metro train station is 5mins walking distance. We could safe keep our luggage for safe keeping after check out.

Location was abit out of town but accessible with metro trains and bus.

We were woken by the fire alarm at 0130 and had to evacuate the building. We had to stand in the cold for 45minutes with no information. Eventually we were allowed to return as it was an accident and they could not turn off the alarm. I did not get any sleep for the rest f the night. I requested a full refund of GBP105, but have not even received an answer.

Position was ideal for the Excel Convention Center (10 min walk) Direct Underground for Heatrow from the Custom House (Elizabeth Line) Very nice room with essential services (Boiler, Coffee and Tea, Safe, Ironing) Good breakfast

Staff were great and helped out with any issues we had. Facilities were also great. Breakfast offered lots of choices. Room was clean and felt comfortable.
