The proprietress, Mary, dotes on you so you feel like you're family. And the breakfast was amazing. She kindly accommodated my vegan preference!
There are several rooms upstairs - all with their own bathroom. We ended up getting a small suite with a wonderful clean modern bath and two bedrooms; one with the queen bed and one double bed. That space was a nice bonus.
It's only a 40 minute drive to Dublin airport.
The location is great if you have a car. It's a mile or two from the castle and the town of Trim. But if you are taking buses it may be a bit trickier to manage to get there. Although Mary offered to drive us in. So she would probably pick you up if needed.

Mary and Anthony are absolutely wonderful. Their house is warm and cozy, Mary's Irish breakfast is delicious and we felt welcomed and comfortable. Couldn't recommend enough!

The breakfast was delicious. Mary could not have been a more gracious host. The little extras she provided (tea when we arrived back cold and wet for one) were so thoughtful. Her friendliness and warmth made us feel very welcome.

Excellent location at an easily accessible place, with parking available in site. A warm welcome by the proprietors. Spacious room and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast is served in the dining hall and includes a large variety of options. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast along with the complimentary snacks given to us by the owner. The overall atmosphere is excellent with a warm ambience.

We stayed here after a wedding and couldn’t have been more perfect, the room was spotless and bed was really comfortable, breakfast as gorgeous and there was plenty to go around, tony even dropped us back to where we were heading! Couldn’t recommend enough will definitely be back

Actual fancy B&B!!! Everything is charming and cosy. The host is present and very keen to help. The breakfast is fantastic and the bedroom is so wonderful.
Maybe some furniture in the bathroom to let the towels dry would be useful.

Mary and Tony were gracious hosts and it was quite close to downtown just a short drive away. The ironed linens were superb!

We had a very warm welcome from Mary, our host, when we arrived and she couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. The guesthouse had a very relaxed feel, a home from home.

I can’t recommend this place enough, everything was just perfect, mary is the sweetest lady and couldn’t do enough for us, Tony even gave us a lift to where we needed, so friendly and accommodating , rooms are lovely and clean, breakfast was fantastic, would return to trim just for the stay with them, Carmel and Neil
