everything was perfect , the apartament is very nice, clean , comfortable , with everything you need , it is located in a very beautiful and safe , recently renovated building in the center of the city , lots of shops and restaurants around , very safe and quite. The beds were very comfortable , one bedroom is smaller , but we travelled as a family of three , so it was perfect for my daughter , she loved it.

the only downside of the whole experience was that the Agency blocked an amount of 250 euro on my credit card which was not unblocked in the day we left as stated....nor the next day...or the next day.... in total 12 days....our bank only unblocked the amount when the period they offered for blocking the money was over.... everything else was perfect , nice apartment , nice people, I would defenetly book them again next time when we will be in Madrid , if they solve the problem with the guarantee and will really unblock it on time.

very nice location, it's easy to go tourist attractions by walking. In the apartment, it's very nice with laundry machine, dish washer, smart tv and usb ports to recharge. The staffs are also very nice and helpful.

They offer shower gel, shampoo and toilet papers only when you arrived( once only). So when you stay for 2 nights will be fine, but 1 week will be the problem. They are generous with laundry tablets and dish washer tablets, but why so stingy with the basic.
