No towel in room. I hear any guest ask 2 towel at 9pm.after i check in.no towel in my room.check in is very slow.i'm tired.

only the price. even that seemed high after staying there.

there was mold on the ceilings. there was construction work happening in the room above me and there we no windows. I would recommend going somewhere else for more $$.

we had 2 rooms for a family of 4. the rooms look nothing like the photo. in the photo they look clean and light, in fact, there are no windows in the rooms we had (which we didn’t know at the time of booking). The rooms smelt of mould and my husband and sons room smelt of mould, cigarettes and sewerage. the white bedding has turned yellow with staining and dirt, the aircon is filthy dirty with dust, the room was dark with no window or fresh air. the mattress was disgustingly dirty, the sheet on our bed only went 3/4 down, so our feet were directly on the disgusting mattress. the pillows were very big and rock hard, and the bed was uncomfortable as well. we had to cut our stay short and the owner refused to refund us. kept making excuses, we tried multiple times. we found an Airbnb for the same price for our family of 4 down the road which had a pool, super clean, amazing view and a full kitchen etc. I’ll never recommend hotel check-in to anyone. absolutely disgusting place and I am not a fussy person. if the hotel was clean and didn’t smell of smoke, mould and sewer, I could have stayed there. avoid this place especially if you’re travelling with your children.
