Peace ,,tranquility, fantastic pools,private pool a bonus, good breakfast ,to go to Alona beach is no problem ,then you come home to marina 😀, I found the bumpy road exciting, not a drawback ,staff all fantastic,id go again just for the private pool,to walk into alona maybe 30 minutes ,,not a problem ,coming back to marina from alona ,its so good to be away from the bustle ,highly recommended

Totally nothing

Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The pool area is well maintained.

Decoration is quite tacky, more tailored towards Russian/Chinese tastes - which seem the main guests. The pool is very shallow and heats up a lot during the day. There is nothing around, not even a restaurant, definitely requires own transporation.

Beautiful setting. Garden well maintained and a very nice pool area. In 10 minutes you will reach Alona Beach (tricyclette will be ordered by the staf - costs only 150 Pesos). Rooms are very comfortable - big bathroom.

It was very quiet and consequently the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Bar at the pool was open, but many drinks not available. Not a big deal for us - we liked our stay very much.

peaceful quite and great location. not far into the main party town probably a 5min drive. shame I only knew last min there was an amazing beach behind the hotel instead of going to the main one everyone goes to. I call it my very own private clear water beach 🥹

nothing really. I would probably say they should have their own private bus/taxi service for customers though if anything a airport shuffle but you can’t have it all. so it’s not a big issue

the room was spacious, so modern, just like an A-star hotel! everything was working -tv, shower, aircon, fridge, etc.

Limited toilet paper. There was no spare one you can use asap. I need to ask from the reception.

The resort was nice and comfortable.

I would stay here again. Staff was very receptive. Only shortcomings no restaurant on site.

The resort was beautiful, and the employees were super kind.

Wifi depends on time but overall, the stay was almost perfect.

The rooms were designed and finished in European styling. The wall feature was very nice rather than the standard concrete walls. Tiles were selected with quality and aesthetics in mind. As the power is controlled by the key card, it would be great to be able to identify 1 circuit which will allow for charging of our electronics when not in the room. Staff were very nice and pool facilities were well maintained. There was no recreational beach however the major beaches are just a trike ride away which the front desk can call for you.

The room is new . pool is fine, bed fine for sleep. the TV is connect whit wifi, so i can use my netflix account. When you wil go eat delicious italien restaurant go to Guiseppe near alona.

The have not inaf staff, the are totaly unprofessional. I must wait 45 min for 2 eggs whit rice, but have only litel guests. I order pancake becouse the have for breakfast, ist out of stock, than i order waffle , is out of stock, i go to kitchen to se, there was all the need but the are lazy to doo. Fresh orange jus the mixed the full frut whit all, cant drink that. I wait 45 min for breakfast but finaly i cant start eat must ask for cutlery, the dont know the basic. Next day the cleener was in kitchen and cook 1 pancake, but whit 1 pancake and 2 pieces of smal frut im not full, you have only 1 choice. The have no system ewery day the breakfast have different quality. Cant anderstand, the boy from lobby help in kitschen, than noboddy is in lobby. Coffe is terrible, cheep quality. Near lobby is a toillet, after wash my hand and face must use my shirt, the have no towel for that, when i tell on lobby the say i must use toilet paper, why i must clean my face whit toilet paper? But ad home the have a towel to use is normal.

the location is around 1.5km from the tourist area, the hotel is kind of isolated and to arrive to it need to pass some broken road and in the night this rd is without any light, not have any store near to the hotel so better to prepare with some food and drinks in the room, the garden have many mosquitoes that cannot sit in the room balcony, the soap in the shower is bit oily so every time that use the soap the feeling is very annoying, the hotel serves breakfast it’s ok not a buffet or something like that more like 2 dish to choose from. and for the last is the cleaner, for 3 night that we was in the hotel the cleaner didn’t come even not once , bedsheets and towels not change at all, if someone plan to host over there then the only nice thing that you can find in the hotel is the reception lady ( she is smiles all the time, nice and she try to help the most that she can ) about the hotel the hotel need to change many things to be 4 star hotel

There's nothing we like about the hotel. Quite disappointed about the experience and staffs there.

Room toilet smells terrible. No lunch and dinners available. The hotel is not easily accessible to the beach. The staffs are not helpful. They didn't advise us where to look for food.
