Friendly and accomodating owners and staff, very comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms. Our unit was on the third floor, it had a full size kitchen, washer and dryer and access to the roof deck with an amazing view of the skytree. This is definitely our home when in Tokyo from now on.

Really close to the Oshiage train station, awesome communication with the host she was there to greet us on arrival and kindly looked after our bags after we checked out. They also helped transport our bags up and down the steep staircase. We stayed on the third floor of the hotel. Facilities were super clean and the rooftop space was very special! Also made use of the washing machine and dryer and both worked excellently, was super helpful having the host explain how they worked when we arrived. We were worried about hearing noise from guests staying on the second floor but soundproofing seemed good and we had no issues at all. A note for those booking: there is a wagyu beef restaurant on the 1st floor which looks incredible. This isn’t advertised on booking.com which is a shame as we would have loved to book a dinner here during our stay. For those interested would recommend asking the host in advance to book!

We struggled to determine the layout of the space from the pictures and were disappointed to find that the space is in fact all one large room, we were expecting to find a door that closed off the kitchen area so that our baby could sleep in a separate room. Would be good to include a floor plan in the photos to avoid others making this same mistake!

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament z tarasem, wanną i sauną na dachu. Apartament jest przestronny, mieści kuchnię, stół, strefę do siedzenia i miejsca do spania, ale największy atut apartamentu to taras ze strefą do siedzenia i widokiem na Skytree.

Wszystko było idealne.

Les hôtes, très sympatiques. L'appartement est top, très belle déco, le rooftop privé est génial, avec sauna, bain privé et vue imprenable sur la skytree. Bon compromis pour faire "comme des capsules-hôtel" mais dans un cadre privé, les enfants étaient ravis ! La douche immense, 2 toilettes dont 1 séparé de la salle de bain.

Le quartier est un peu excentré des principaux lieux touristiques. L'escalier d'accès peut être un peu raide.

Location was nice and quiet, not a whole lot to do around that neighborhood but was close enough to the train so easily accessible. It was just more at the end of the line. The shop below was very aesthetically pleasing and the barista, Yosuke, was very pleasant and fun to talk with. The owner and his son, Fitz, was also very friendly and both Fitz and Yosuke are able to communicate very well in English, so don’t let the fear of any language barrier stop you from booking this place.

We got the 2nd floor instead of the top floor which is the only one with roof access, but it’s not the bookings fault, more just my own. If the group on the 3rd floor is loud you can hear it on the 2nd floor, but I don’t think much can be done about that. It’s really not terrible but if you’re a light sleeper, you can wake up from the noise.

The room was really nicely arranged for a family of 5. The sleeping pods were fun and comfortable and my teenagers liked the privacy. The place was spotless and had 2 toilets, nice shower and laundry in addition to a little kitchen and living area. The hosts were very helpful and the area was quiet/ residential but walkable to the sky tree and the train station and lots of local restaurants.

The location to skytree was perfect for us and was in walking distance. The rooftop spa and garden area was a bonus and the view of skytree was spectacular. The area is extremely quiet and we slept very well. The hosts were wonderful and the accommodation was extremely clean and beautiful. A lot of attention and care has been put into making this place very special.
