la déco minimaliste, industriel. le manque évident d'insonorisation, on entends la nuit le voisin ronfler, et celui da côté faire pipi dans ses toilettes comme si il était dans les vôtres piscine très petite. et trop de vis à vis mauvaise wifi. lit king size non deux lit rapproché donc au milieu une barre.

Pool quite small. Opening Hour 7:00 am to 8:00 p.m. if you want to shower after checkout- only next to the pool outside possible. No changing room. I did change myself in the store room.

Emplacement très pratique. Chambre propre, bien décorée, bien équipée. Personnel sympathique. Piscine, transats. Et petit déjeuner absolument fantastique !

It looked nice from the outside. The staff was nice. They brought our luggage upstairs. The Location was central, you could walk basically to all the main sights by foot. Price was ok.

Our room was very dark, design wise very dark colours, we felt like we were in a hole or something not comfortable at all. It was also not very clean especially the bathroom. The whole hotel felt like a hostel, nothing impressive about this hotel to mention. Just 1 night but not more.

- kein Mückennetz am Fenster - sehr hellhörig, wir wurden nachts wach wegen einem Nachbarn, der TV an hatte - im WLAN musste man sich immer wieder neu anmelden, nachdem man unterwegs war

The pool was a little cold and I nearly had my shorts sucked off when I put my back against the pool wall. Glad I wasn’t facing the other way another man said it gave him a scare. Dangerous for kids.

Clean and free bike to use

Staffs start daily cleaning at 8 am and sometime it’s a bit noisy.

breakfast was good, it thinks its the best simple egg noodle dish that i have eaten so far. the room and the toilet & bath was good size. I liked the open closet area and the mini working area. convenience store was nearby for any of your needs. Theres a small pool in the property and although i did not try it, it gave a nice ambiance to the property. there are nice restaurant nearby/short walk away. nice spot in the Old Town area.

no elevators but i managed with small suitcase and was assigned to 2nd level only.

Location was really central, breakfast was great (including the barista made coffee - which I was not expecting!!) I was really glad we upgraded to the balcony suite, it was really nice sitting out there in the evenings.

Taxi drivers struggle to find the location, but once you know where it is, it’s easy enough to help them.

The place is very nice! The location is great and super quiet. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Pool was good. They offer free bikes as well.

our bedroom could do with a new mattress but it wasn’t a big deal as we had an extra large bed.

the accommodation and staff were so lovely

Very well located in the southern part of Chiang Mai. From here you can explore the entire city by foot. As everywhere in Thailand you'll also find everything what you need close by. Nice rooms, very modern. Breakfast is served a la carte and very good.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Asia. Clean, well designed, full of amenities, free drinking water, great shower, good location near the old town and night market where you can enjoy street food late at night. Good price!

The internet is really REALLY annoying asking you to login every time you get back to the hotel and even when you wake up. Not much space for the luggage and organizing clothes in the room and the breakfast could have an asian option. But they had espresso in the morning and those were only small things compared to the good things. We would definitely come back!!
