staff are good and the view amazing

bed not clean.. they changed my room and still same. has smell i think theu dont clean bed sheets

- Tama and Mila, and the entire team from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant servers, made the stay very enjoyable. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. - the hotel is beautiful. Lovely infinity pool that overlooks the rice terraces and it’s prettier than the average hotel - 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ubud

- location is 20 mins from the main Ubud centre. You have to order a taxi each time you leave the hotel, but this only costs about £1.50-£2 a journey, so it’s not an issue. The local taxi drivers seem to have some sort of agreement with the Uber/Grab/Online taxi providers to stay away from the resort as there is price competition between them.

The day spa was really lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great value price wise and easy distance from the rooms. We went everyday.

We had a private pool and after staying in several other hotels in Bali I found it lacking in ambience and definitely in cleanliness. Water was cloudy and tiles needed a good scrub.

بعيد جداً لايوجد شي قريب من المنتجع لابد سيارة تكثر فيه الرسومات وغير مريح وتحس انه كايب الفطور لايناسب العرب

The pool was aesthetically pleasing! I had the room with pool access and it was amazing. I could just go out of my room and instantly jump in the pool. The place is huge & very fancy. The staff were so helpful and friendly!

Rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful.

Wasn’t as kid friendly as I was hoping. Pool was cloudy and we’re doing renovations which went into the night
