The rooms were a little dated and could be cleaned better. It was dusty in some places

friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast accompanied by a very cute rabbit in the garden, they have lots of birds according to their name. basically all very good. later when I go on vacation to Ubud I will come back to stay here!

Nothing, The place was disgusting and the staff were very rude.

The place was dirty, The sheets and pillows were stained, There was mold in the showers.

The pool area was very nice.

When you arrive at the end of the driveway you arrive in a tropical oasis - it’s so pretty! The staff were really welcoming and helpful. There are many birds, butterflies and even domesticated bunnies hopping around. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Our family room was really rustic and charming. we found it spacious and comfortable.

Due to the road close by it was a little loud at night. The bathroom floor would benefit from a deep clean but it was acceptable as it was.

I really love the natural setup of the property. with rabbits hopping around… and birds chirping…

I have nothing to dislike about the property seriously.

Location and the hotel in general, it was really cosy, both the inside and outside with the swimming pool with the trees, the birds and the bunnies

It could be cleaner, one bed had seeds that had mold, they were washed but shouldn't be used

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Green Bird Villa in Ubud, Bali, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool that was the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants and attractions, or just checking in to see how my day was going, they always went the extra mile. And the location of the villa is perfect as well - it's nestled in a quiet corner of Ubud, away from the noise of the main tourist areas, but still close enough to everything that you can easily explore the town and surrounding areas.

Manager and owner non responsive to my requests. Noisy construction site with loud compressor waking up in morning from 7am. Owner walks around and looked through window while I was laying on my bed half nude. Confronted him regarding this and he said, at least I didn't come into your room. Seriously? Breakfast was below poor. Basic scrambled egg with dry supermarket slice of white bread. I usually don't complain about this but in light of everything else it's worth a mention. Requested refund for last day as I checked out early and manager did not want to respond. Spoke to owner and said he's not involved he has managers dealing with it. Still no contact from them. The staff working there were friendly and tried to be helpful but looked scared of owner and manager.

Beautiful green spot in the middle of the city centre. Close to everything without it being too crowded. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Highlight of my stay in Bali.
