スタッフの皆さんが親切でとにかく優しかったです！ 赤ちゃんと2人で宿泊しましたが、テラスで食事がとれたのでのんびりできました。 ルームサービスもとても美味しかったです。 英語に自信がなく、Whatappのメッセージでやりとりをしてくださり、変圧器の貸し出しやドライヤーの故障など対応してくださりよかったです。

こちらから要望を伝えないと案内はなかったこと 2泊目の朝食のこと、特典のスパ、ウブドまでの移動など。 ただ全て対応してくださったので問題なかったです。

The staffs are so so so nice! The hotel is very beautiful, their villa room is exceptional and even more beautiful than the picture shows. Breakfast is also nice, you can choose whatever you like on the menu. We stayed for 2 nights and tried them all. None of them were just so-so, everything is good and worth a try.

The only down side is that it’s close to center of Ubud, so if you’re sensitive to noise then you might wake up earlier in the morning lol

Everything…location, staff all outstanding

The staff were absolutely exceptional, so kind and helpful, I stayed only two nights and they all greeted me by my name. The hotel facilities are gorgeous and the at the roof there is deck which was perfect for morning yoga. The pool is gorgeous, the food was great and they even left a bedtime story on my bed every night!

It’s quite close to a busy road so at night I struggled with the noise. The pool area has trees and is surrounded by the hotel so I hd to move around a lot to find a sunny spot for sunbathing.

Готель в цілому чудовий, простора кімната, є де розмістити речі. Дуже класно що сніданки приносять у номер на ту годину, коли тобі потрібно. Чисто. Інтернет працював нормально. Дуже чудове спа. Басейн чистий, але так як він знаходиться всередині будівлі, то сонце не цілий день. Коли з’явився неприємний запах у ванній кімнаті, то нам змінили номер.

Дві речі - це 10 см тарган у номері, але це було один раз і я так розумію від цього на Балі ніхто не застрахований. Друга річ, що не пишеться ціна за випрані речі, а в кінці виставляється рахунок в 500.000, коли таку ж кількість речей перуть за 20.000 через дорогу… ще й повертають з тою ж самою плямою, дуже шкода що це я побачила вже коли ми поїхали…

It’s close to downtown and restaurants so very convenient. Staff are so helpful and kind. Many benefits for the guests.

1 right by the roadside so it’s a bit noisy when you are in public space 2 pool access means you are two steps away from the public pool and you can literally hear everything when others are enjoying the pool and you have to keep the drapes closed because they can look right into your room 3 very bad smell when you enter the room- aroma spray is placed in the bathroom but it didn’t help at all. Whenever we stayed in the room we smell piss which was really really off putting. 4 can’t sleep in the morning because the soundproof is not so good. Can hear next door guests coughing talking and shutting their doors super clear- feels like a hostel or a motel.

The staff were world class and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff knew our names and welcomed us with a smile. They went the extra mile, offering us a wake up call when we climbed Mt Batur and had to be picked up at 2:30am, and they also brought us tea and pancakes when they saw us come in from getting caught in a rainstorm, soaking wet! The drivers were really professional and really friendly, the kitchen staff were attentive and the porters really polite! The room itself was really great, and the balcony backed onto the pool area. The bathroom had an amazing bath tub and powerful shower, with plenty of space! The bed was really comfortable, though a bit creaky so when you moved in the night made a little noise. The location was great too, with the main restaurants in Ubud being about 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a convenience store within 2 mins walk. We also had a great massage from the spa, and would recommend the Balinese massage!

We had one or two minor negative points, one of which was that the breakfasts were fairly limited so if you are there for multiple days, you end up having the same thing most days.
