The location is perfect, the cleanness is exceptional, the room furniture is organized in a very nice way and includes everything even the microwave. There is attention to details in every aspect. Redcon made our experience wonderful in Hurghada

Veldig trafikkert vei rundt hotellet som var problematisk de gangene vi skulle gå til butikken eller noe. Bilene stopper ikke, så det var veldig krevende komme seg over til andre siden av gata.

La gentilezza dello staff in particolare Taha che si mette a disposizione per tutte quello di cui si ha bisogno.

La camera purtroppo non era insonorizzata e affacciando sulla strada principale si sente un pò di clacson e il bar al roof top è di bassa qualità.

La posizione impagabile Al centro della Sheraton e di fronte alla spiaggia. Gli appartamenti sono carini puliti e ben tenuti. Due spiagge a disposizione per potersi rilassare e un bellissimo rooftop Mr Taha sempre gentile e disponibile si è preso cura di noi sia prima che durante il soggiorno Altamente consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente

Struttura molto bella , camera bella e confortevole, rooftoop molto bello per rilassarsi, spiaggia proprio davanti la struttura, Taha è stato veramente molto professionale e sempre a cercare di garantire un servizio eccezionale, senza mai essere invadente, continua così , sei il numero 1, un servizio eccellente

Otel merkezi bir yerdeydi ve plaja çok yakındı olanaklar iyiydi restorantlara yakındı marinaya yakındı çok harika bir terası var çalışanlar çok iyi resepsiyonist Taha ve Ahmet ve Khaled çok yardımcı oldular ve diğer çalışanlar da hepsi ayrı ayrı misafirperverlik gösterdiler tek başıma bir bayan olarak konaklamama rağmen hiç rahatsız edici bir durum yaşamadım bir daha gidip orda konaklayacağımı düşünüyorum

Location was really good and central. Close to the beach. Beds are comfortable and staff is really nice. Taha really went out of his way to make sure that I had a great experience there. Tours are also available to book at the hotel and are well organized.

Absolutely perfect stay in Hurghada! We were blown away by how big the rooms are & with a balcony too, amazing. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful & the hotel is very clean. We absolutely loved the rooftop with views out to the Red Sea, it was lovely to sit up there during sunset. You have free access to Orange beach if you stay here, which also includes a sun lounger, the beach is a 1 minute walk. The location couldn’t be better on Sheraton Street, supermarkets & restaurants on your doorstep. Value for money is incredible 👏🏻 If we come back to Hurghada we will 100% be staying here!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was very kind, supportive, and Excellent service. The location is good. a lot of things to do within a 5-minute walk ( Restaurant, supermarket, café), 10 minutes by bus to the marina and the SOUQ.

The nearby beaches were a little bit disappointing.

Nice, clean and well equipped room with a comfortable bed and small balcony with view to the sea. We had everything we needed. Excellent service. Thanks Taha for your attention during our stay!

The nearby beaches were very disappointing :-( (but that is the case for ALL of Hurghada)

We booked a deluxe sea view suite which I absolutely do not recommend. There is a nightclub on this side of the building which is open 24/7. Our first night there we haf ti move rooms at 3am after hours of blaring music. Our new room was a standard suite and it felt like an upgrade - so glad to be rid of the music (street noise still there like anywhere in Egypt!). Staff did refund us the difference which was very appreciated.

A clean, nicely located and comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly - especially Mr Taha, who was offering help and support throughout my stay thank you !

The internet was weak - they should improve it !

The location was great. Situated next to the water front which allows it to have access to the local beach just across the road. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It would be worth mentioning that the accomodation does not back on directly on to the beach but it is just across the road. Other than that this place was fantastic I thought so long as you aren't looking for an all inclusive resort

Maged (day receptionist) and Taha (night receptionist) were so welcoming and kind to me throughout my entire stay! they organised activities for me, especially on short notice like the evening desert safari trip and the orange bay island day trip! activities were so much fun!! the amenities are very good and clean! the rooftop is amazing and the beach access was fabulous!! location was central and wifi was great!!

Really comfortable, clean, spacious rooms for a great price. In the centre of Hurghada if that's where you want to be, close to shops etc. The hotel facilitated early check in for us which we really appreciated and they contacted us in advance via WhatsApp to ask if we needed anything and staff were very helpful.

The centre of Hurghada is very busy and tiring - there are beaches and pools nearby you can go to but prepare for a hectic walk through the town!
