The apartment was a great size, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Beds comfy and rooms a good size The photographs throughout the building are gorgeous. The veranda was a definite plus, it was a great size and perfect for our 2 year old to play in the snow and build a snowman. It can however be slippy when damp.

misleading photos when booking. wasn’t clear which category of room was being booked meaning an awkward stay with husband, wife and mother in law all having to share one room

It was close walking distance to Altstadt. It was clean, and a good size and nicely maintained.

parking was a bit of an issue. better parking information would have helped.

A great apartment with a kitchenette and impressive bathroom.

We were travelling with our adult daughter who slept on the single sofa bed. it was a tight squeeze for three adults and three lots of luggage but we made it work.

Amazing hotel, we did online check-in and received our code and address which was very easy and convenient. They gave some gifts like water, beer, juice, coffee free of charge and put some small notes which made our day :) Very friendly! Location is good, place is nice and comfy. It also has an A/C (it was not mentioned during the booking but the apartment we stayed had in all rooms - only 1 of them is not working)

Windows does not have curtains in the rooms and people in the other building can see inside. That was the only topic, otherwise great place!

Could not sleep all week - had room 102 - there's no air conditioning which means in summer the windows have to be open. Unfortunately this means you get ALL of the street noise off a very busy street. Traffic and drunk revellers shouting and singing till the early hours pretty much every night, and traffic from early in the morning. It's literally like sleeping on the street, you can hear everything because the alley magnifies the noise and sends it straight into the windows. Unless they put in aircon, avoid this room at all costs (suite with balcony). Kitchen also minimally outfitted, we didn't have to cook but I think it would have been a struggle if we did. Snacks & hot drinks close to the limit. No ironing board available - there was an iron but we were told "maybe someone else is using the board, try again later" - one board shared for several apartments? How do you make someone return it? Personally I'd keep it all week, which is what I guess happened. Pretty useless to have an iron with no board.

Location good! Nice apartment.

Location was good, easy walking distance to the old town, central attractions and a variety of restaurants. The shower was excellent, easily the best we have found anywhere. Location was quiet, no traffic or "party" noise.

I booked a one bedroom apartment, which I expected to have a bedroom separate from the living area. However, what we found was a studio apartment, with the bed in the living area.

Room is nearly the city

The sofa bed is not for a good night sleep, we didn't have such a bad sleep in a Apartment. I hope the owner will change it for new guests. Many dust unter this bed. For our allergy son, terrible! You hear the other guests come in the house during the night, because off all the frontdoors shutting extreem down. We need help from the staff, nobody there only with WhatsApp so help your self! Not there problem

the apartment was very clean and has everything. location was great very close to the down town area .staff were very efficient and helpful although online.

no elevator which could be a problem for some people. needs more hangers and storage space in the rooms. the rooms were a bit small.
