Overall finish Of the property is to a high standard, very comfortable and in a great location.

Some noise from the traffic on the road but that is be be expected given the city centre location.

Absolutely stunning modern property, really close 2 minute walk to the race course, great parking space for 2 cars. Chris is very helpful and friendly, we have all said we will definitely stay again

Nothing negative, only things would to have access to a dishwasher tablet, bin bags and some cloths to clean the kitchen surfaces so we could leave the property as we found it.

Beautiful apartment , brilliant helpful hosts , really comfy beds , fantastic location with a fabulous view of chester racecourse would most definately recommend and return

Location was great… loved outdoor seating area.

Shower hose not great….needs attention. Upstairs noisy at times though I am sure that cannot be helped.

Location excellent, a less than 10 minute walk via the river to the centre of Chester, a fantastic spot for the racecourse and a fabulous view of it, comfiest beds we have ever slept in, lovely big comfortable sofas.

A deep clean of the property is required and has been communicated to the host who met with the cleaners immediately to rectify.

Great apartment - everything we needed and very clean. The location was fantastic for the city centre - literally a two minute walk to bars / restaurants / shops. And private parking so close to the city was a real bonus.

Beautiful space. clean and stylish. I wish we had been able to stay longer and truly enjoy the space.

Navigating the contactless check-in was a bit tricky, but not bad. A little trouble trying to relock the back patio door.

This is a stunning townhouse, didn't want to leave, the size and the decor is beautiful can't say anything bad about it, the location is great to , 10 minutes up the canal and right in the town, lovely friendly pub on the door step to , would like to thank Chris for anything he helped us with ,

Close to all amenities. Host was on hand to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend and return to this accommodation.

Location, next to the race course is excellent. Lots of space in the living area. Kitchen is very nice. The fire pit, water feature and planting contribute to an excellent outdoor space that adds to the luxurious feel. The hosts were regularly in touch before, during and after our stay which was appreciated.

Location, panoramic views generous size apartment. It was like moving from home to home. Clear, precise instructions on how to get there. Overall, a really nice apartment.

At times a little noisy when seating in living room, due to passing cars on a busy road. Would benefit from inner glazing ,as an extra barrier for noise reduction
