The property was clean enough

It was far to small for 3 adults , we only had hard plastic chairs to sit in , the girl on the desk was rude and unhelpful, we had to ask for clean towels , and never got the bedding changed the whole week .

Plenty of amenities for a simple stay in Benidorm. Room came with all the essentials for a kitchen and with a well presented room and bathroom. Air con provided in the bedroom which was greatly appreciated due to the weather.

One of our rooms didn’t have air con provided and was missing some sheets but didn’t take away from the excellent value for money and ease of access to all local bars and clubs.

Excellent staff Claudia was on receptionist duties always great to have a personal touch when you arrive and not have to March a mile in the blazing sun to pick up your keys

Only thing that let it down was no downstairs toilet for pool and no bar but there was a super market directly opposite the apartments

went as a group of five girls for our friends 30th, VERY good. value for money, exceptionally clean too and thoughtful useful extras! would definitely recommend, staff are cool and helpful. thanks guys will book again!

We weren’t given a heads up about the water bottle shower drip tap that needs changing but we figured it out. Hot water runs out every quickly which was difficult for five girls getting showered every night.

clean, very well equipped, communication, comfort and location. we had apartment on the 6th floor and had no issues at all. lifts available if you needed. slope and step access in reception. excellent greeting and great customer service throughout our stay.

it’s Benidorm, you will have some noise . (it wasn’t a problem for us, but needs mentioning)

Apartment was excellent, had everything you need. Was a little to close to pubs, lots of noise at night. OK if your a young person. Not so good for older people. Would definitely recommend apartment if you want to be on the thick of things
