the rooms were clean, showers exceptional and beds v comfortable

booking in system after hours is a nightmare if arriving tired.. you have to complete a whole automated booking system including scanning of your passports.. better instructions would help..

not far from the highway, for a night to drive on to the coast of Italy ok. there is a simple breakfast included which is not announced when you book. rooms are clean and cool.

right next to a factory building (no noise but not very nice view). there is an automatic check in which is great when you arrive in the night, bit be prepared that it takes a while, you need to scan the passports of every one staying there. since my children were sleeping in the car I didn’t wake them to take the required photo and I just made a photo of myself four times and it worked too.

The check in process was easy. The room was clean. A large parking is available.

The hotel is a motel style structure in an industrial area. At our arrival, none of the staff was present. The door of the hotel was open, so every person could get into the hotel, crazy and scary!!! The lift was out of order. The room is a motel-style room, very basic, vintage, ugly. I will never come back.

Location was very convenient, as we were travelling and it was right beside the motorway. Self check-in system very good.

The room was advertised as having air conditioner… but it didn’t. Actually even the title of the room is “double room with twin beds or double bed, balcony and air conditioner”… when we went inside the room the not working AC was showing 28°… opening the window didn’t help much, we just gained the noise from the factory right beside… The explanation of the staff was that in the month of May we don’t put the AC in Italy, because it’s never been hot in Italy by the end of May, right? Suggestion: change the title of your room, specify the months that the AC is working (no matter which temperature it is) or provide a fan to replace the AC at least.

Is No Body there.!!!! Never before in my Life I been at any hotel where the front desk is closed.!!!
