Beautiful spacious property in lovely location. Absolutely fabulous. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything about the property was perfect, it was cosy, warm, very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could want, beds were perfect and pear tree had lots of room and the view was lovely.

The location was perfect for us. It was so very quiet, but only a short drive to a major town. We both loved looking out over the fields seeing the pheasants and deer. we wish we could have lived in Pear Tree for the whole year.

Really quiet location, great space for 2 adults and 2 children. Play area and table tennis table were very nice to have access to. Lovely views and relatively easy access to surrounding villages and the coast.
Lack of blinds in the twin bedroom, which meant the kids woke up early! The table tennis table has seen better days but was playable on.

lovely cottage; great location; good facilities
a lot of cobwebs; might just be the time of year but seemed like it needed a good clean. towels way too small.

Security and spaciousness. Very comfortable and clean property in a lovely area.
The booking/payment process was complicated---through Booking.com/Sykes Cottages/Acorn Cottages/Little Acre Property Management/White House Farm. Can't you all get your act together and do a bit of co-ordination or at least show that these are all connected and that they are all talking about the same thing..
