Breakfast , dinner and way how restaurant Manager talks. Chapati was not at all good bit still he don't have courtesy to talk.

Slightly costly room cost

I loved the hospitality we were given. The staff were friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The support from the reception, Security and the kitchen staff exceeded my expectation.

The only minor issue was staffs other than the reception had difficulty communicating in English. but this was understandable as most of the people in the city had difficulty communicating in English.

Mr.Swaminathan was helpful.

Some of the staffs did not have empathy and could have been better.

I liked Swaminathan staff at the front desk who was good to talk to and Kalai a helper staff who helped me with my luggage when I was leaving the hotel very disappointed and upset in the morning

I was there with my daughter for work purpose.I did not like the room , dirty linens , stuffy dusty room, had booked for 2 nights but left after one night , no refund was given for the second night

The place was comfortable to stay and peaceful tge staff was friendly swaminathan helped us and was really kind during our stay overall it was a peaceful stay .

Altogether nice staff however see below what I didn't like then you will know.

where to start... Rooms were not Clean and used towels and beddings, pillows were dirty and dark, toilets weren't clean, bath floor was slippery and slimy. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. too expensive, sink was mouldy and unclean. As soon as we arrived the desk guy was asking me to cancel booking.com and ask me to directly book and pay, he mention that he will give discount, I said no 2 times, he was insisting me then he said I will show booking.com that no show and he ask me to pay for it. I have paid with my card. all together it was a difficult experience. I don't know how to express the feeling. when I stood there with young family I couldn't do much, however I took some photos of the rooms and received the summery after my stay. for proof.
