Property is in a quiet and secure neighborhood with gated access. Like a home away from home; you can relax and spend lots of time with family. I like going up and down the stairs the vaulted ceiling allows you to communicate easily with your family anywhere in the house. Laundry, Big Fridge, internet, and patio makes dinners and staying at home easy. The veranda or patio deck over looking the street allows you to see down to the ocean. "Televisions" are smart tvs so you can do just about anything. Family place for sure,

Not really a negative for me. My better half wanted to be closer to conveniences so planning a driver ahead of time with make your experience fantastic. Bring a pocket wifi for super fast internet and you can game or do whatever you like without having to depend only on the provided internet.

the neighborhood was secure and comfortable. The owner was easy to reach and the price was fantastic. The property was nice. Air conditioning worked well and everything was clean. There is a washing machine on site and that saved me lots of time of taking my clothes to a cleaner. There was nothing about the home itself or the service that was below fantastic.

Im going to list a few thingns that made my trip difficult as it pertains to the property and my stay. To be clear. None of these thigs are the fault of ownership and I only list them to inform the anyone that is thinking of renting this property. As a whole truth type deal. First and foremost, the buildig next door was under construction and no one there takes a day off. Loud music and hammering was hear early in the moring to late afternoon every day. The whole neighborhood is kinda new so there is. Construction everywhere. Next issue is, the location is a little out of the way. Unless you have a car, its very hard to get transportation away from the house. We found ways to oay people to get us a cab down the hill but it’s expensive and takes a while. The way up is kond of a maze and until you memorize it, its hard to find. If you do have a car, the street is narrow and there is almost nowhere to park. The neighbors all have dogs and they constantly bark and fight with cats. All hours of the night and it makes it hard to sleep. The dogs are agressive and loud and they start up with bery little provocation. The final issue is the gaps in the door. The doors are framed basky and the stairs are unevern. I lost my step once and fell on the stairs. I was bit by mosquitos that came in through the gaps in the doors, and the front door gap is so big it sometimes doesnt latch. The neighbors are rude and they stare, park badly and of course, cant control thier dogs. They dont want you there and it shows.
