Le personnel est très sympathique. Une belle vue du toit, ainsi que la piscine. Machine à laver et micro-ondes dans le logement.

Heureusement qu'il y avait deux chambres dans le logement car celle donnant sur la route c'est impossible de dormir dedans. L'insonorisation n'est pas top. Nous avons du coller les deux lit simples de la seconde chambre pour dormir. La chambre principale c'était beaucoup trop bruyant.

It’s my second time staying here! I visited last year with my family. As always the staff are definitely the best thing about the property! Ahmed and Wael are at the front desk 24/7 to help with any issues. They always greeted us when we entered and left, and I would catch up with them every evening. The rooftop and pool was also amazing! My family and I would go up there in the evenings to chill by the pool and take in the view. Plus the property is located close to the Marina and Sheraton road so you can walk to restaurants and bars etc.

The WIFI is a bit slow and could be improved. It’s a minor issue as it still works but it’s the only dislike of the place I could think of. Apart from that, everything is amazing!

Living in Lilly apartments made our Hurghada experience much better and enjoyable. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from Sheraton Road and all the main restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and the view of the sea was amazing. The property manager, Mr. Ahmed was nice enough to have our towels changed on the first night as they had a slight stench in them. Our luggage was also delivered to our rooms promptly. The staff was very helpful and super accommodating and catered to all our needs. The pool was also a great addition and offered a great view from the rooftop, however the depth was not as much as we had hoped. Everything was sublime. We hope to visit Lilly Apartments again soon!

The only thing that can be improved is the Wi-Fi that was a bit slow. The streaming took a while to load and it’s as if there was a firewall to have some apps blocked from working.

Nous logions au 1er étage et c'était très bruyant.

Very good location,close to Sheraton and all shops ,short walking distance,free WiFi,free use of well heated swimming pool on rooftop (open from 8:00-22:30) with drinks available,we had guava and mango fresh,was very delicious.Welcoming staff, really nice and helpful, giving great advice and help with anything you need. Free use of beach with vouchers available on reception,just 10 minutes away (walking). Stunning view from rooftop to sea and city itself.Well equipped kitchen, decent size of rooms, bathroom. You really feel like home there.All rooms have air conditioner. Comfortable beds, clean bed linen,nice smell in apartment.Wish we could stay longer there.

At night, because of busy road quite noisy,at least was in my room,but I was ok with that, because I was tired after long excursion to Luxor.But would advice to have earplugs in hand.

Gelegen in der 3. -4 REihe zum Meer, ist selbiges vom Dach aus gut zu sehen, wie insgesamt ein Panorama über Hurghada. Personal/Empfang war sehr freundlich, das zugewiesen Balkonzimmer (gibt auch andere) war geräumig, ebenso wie das Duschbad und mit Vielerlei ausgestattet. Ich fand zu viel: z.B. muss ein dermaßen großer Kühlschrank wirklich nicht sein und verschandelte in dem Zimmer eher die Struktur und den Anblick. Zimmerstruktur in dem Zimmer sehr durcheinander, das war im 2. Zimmer weitaus besser. Küchenzeile, TV, Bügelbrett, was vollkommen Anblick störend im 1. Zimmer rumstand, Waschmaschine, Wasserkessel, etc also ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Vor allem das Dach mit dem kleinen Pool, den Liegen und Getränkeservice kann hier punkten. Fahrstuhl vorhanden (5 Stockwerke).

Eine Nachtischlampe wäre gut. Ich habe die Zimmer gewechselt, in einem war eine, im anderen nicht, dafür war im ersten Zimmer die Steckdose(n) näher am Bett, im zweiten war eine, aber ungünstig gelegen. Eine Kofferablage wäre gut. Und wenn schon Küchenzeile, dann wäre auch auch eine Schere gut. Es finden grade Bauarbeiten statt von 20-23 Uhr, immerhin wurde man in diesem Hotel darauf hingewiesen und konnte sich darauf einstellen (im Gegensatz zu all den Bauarbeiten in den anderen Hotels Ägyptens, in denen ich grade war): Offenbar ist Februar die Renovierungsphase in den HOtel :((, im Nov bei meinen Ägyptenreisen habe ich das nie erlebt.

Close to the main street, but far enough to avoid the caos of cars. Rooms very clean, bed and pillows very comfy, well equipped kitchen, iron and hair dryer available. The pool in the rooftop is amazing, great view, really enjoyable, and the guy working there is very kind. Staff is the best point, they are very friendly and helpful. We checked out in the morning and they gave us the chance to use the warm pool in the afternoon, they provided us a room to take a shower and we could leave our luggage till the very last moment before our night flight.

If I have to find a negative point, maybe just the curtain of the shower that could be longer.

leek totaal niet op wat er beloofd was. veel geluidsoverlast van airco (ook al stond deze niet aan) en constructionwork buiten. Balkon met uitzicht op een bouwval, kamer badkamer viel half uit elkaar. strand was het ergste dat ik ooit heb gezien, zo veel troep, in het water en op het strand. vergane glorie.

We love Lilly apartments. The staff are amazing as always, kind friendly & helpful. Its always clean. They treat us like family and we have been back at least 5 times. It is close to everything. You can walk to all the restaurants & shops. We have always stayed here during our visits and would highly recommend. Thank you for always being so great!

The kitchen was well equipped so far

The shower was ridiculous. Almost no water pressure. The sinks were very, very dirty. No protection for the mattress. That's disgusting. The carpets seem to be dirty as well. And in the bedroom is a constant bad smell.

El personal era muy atento, considerado, servicial... nos pusieron todas las facilidades del mundo. Pudimos dejar las maletas allí después del check out, utilizar la piscina, cambiar allí mismo euros por moneda local..

Het is een prachtig appartement, zeer ruim en comfortable. We kregen wel goede hulp van de receptie toen we enkele problemen hadden.

Ontbijt is niet op het appartement zelf. De prijs bij boeking was 100 per nacht. Maar toen we hier booking bekeken slechts 30. Dus boekingsdattum is belangrijk. Het is toch tamelijk ver van het strand en die zijn niet gratis.

The rooms were clean and the staff were super helpful and nice, the rooftop is beautiful although the swimming pool ain't deep, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The location is great you're really just a few minutes away from the Sheraton street which has everything a tourist might need, lot's of restaurants, gift shops, cafe's, supermarkets and shopping stores. It's also close to a lot of beaches, but our favorite was the Sheraton beach, it was a sandy , beautiful beach and wasn't that busy either. In general the service was pretty good.

The internet connection only reached one room in the apartment and even there it wasn't really a fast connection, that actually made me struggle a bit. The water was cut off one day and it took about 20 minutes to bring it back. The washing machine wasn't really great, it was complicated to start it and it took forever to get the clothes done and the clothes didn't really come out clean either.

I liked the rooftop swimming pool,it has a good view of the city. Staff Ahamed, who works in that area is extremely welcoming,polite, and friendly. Weal who works at the reception is also a very nice person,reacted to my queries immediately. He is welcoming, and a smile on his face makes you comfortable and very polite also. I lost my phone on my way back from the water park,Weal reassured me he would try to find my phone, and he calmed me down because I was in a panic. He found out I left my phone in a taxi and my phone was back to me that was amazing. Free drinks is a bonus as well

There were no toiletries in the bathroom

the view to the street was very dull. The breakfast was very bad and you have to go to another hotel which is close because they don't have restaurant in the hotel.
