It was clean and tidy

The toilet cistern was due for replacement but they still rented the room and we had water coming out of the back of it all over the floor. The bathrooms did not have shampoo etc and for the price this should be a given as it is a bulky item. There should be a shelf in the shower cubicles to place soap etc. The soap had to be put on the floor which is a hazard for the next person. Small things that detracted from our stay.

Basic clean facilities.

Rules everywhere. Never in 50 years of travel have I seen so many rules and even the local council bylaws manual was present in the room. So not sure if the property owners have had a bad experience that has triggered this level of scrutiny.

Location perfect - super close to everything within walking distance. Spacious rooms, really well-equipped kitchen - and everything immaculately clean. Pool and spa were great. Your service and helpfulness was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Beds in twin room much comfier than main bed - but grandson loved the swap! Would help to have S & P sachets on hand and paper towel. We left ours there for next guests

There was no dryer to dry clothes

Everything it was an amazing location the rooms were nice and clean better then what we expected
