Great location, nearby Ladies market, alot of restuarants around the area. Busy area, easy access to public transports (mtr, buses etc.).

Sound insulation, sometimes can hear knocking sound from next door.

I have been staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Hong Kong as I find the rooms very clean and comfortable although the walking distance to the MTR station may be around 8 mins. Food is conveniently located surrounding the hotel and nearby. The staff are also very helpful and polite. Will be back to stay again.

The room is a little small and I couldn't have much space for our 2 luggages. Would be even more comfortable if the room space is bigger. Almost same items for the breakfast for the past 4 days, a change of the menu is recommended.

Old hotel room, dirty carpet, heavily pilling pillow case and fitted sheet. Bath towels seem dirty. After checking in there was a pile of broken chairs etc at the corner outside my room. The price of this hotel is definitely not the cheapest but customer is given with this kind of quality.

Great location. The room had a great little working space beside the window which was useful. The facilities were great.

Our lights didn't turn on one night but that was promptly resolved by hotel reception and maintenance staff.

Room is spacious and clean with good sunlight. Depending on the rooms' direction, the views could be very different but mine was pretty good (and I was on high floor)

1. wifi is spotty - I have few incidents that while having online voice meeting with colleagues and they could not hear me as wifi got dropped or too weak. I ended up need to use my phone's data plan. And this did not only happen in any specific time but any time of the day or any day can happen. Wifi signal also not strong in some part of the rooms (e.g. for my case when I sat next to the window it seemed was relatively better than when I was at my bed). 2. Unsure is hotel policy but all rubbish bins did not have plastic bag liners. So customers seem to expect to throw any rubbish directly into the 'naked' bins, which seems to be not the most hygenic (I noticed that one could just give the naked bins with trash to cleaners but they would just help to empty them only, no other cleaning procedure. So without a plastic bag liner, it may get messy if the trash had liquid...?) 3. Perhaps it was listed somewhere but I did not aware about local calls using the hotel phone would charge for HKD 5 per call (~USD 0.6). It was not too expensive but just most hotels I stayed in Hong Kong were free for local calls so people may not aware that. Suggest the hotel should remind visitors when check-in.
