The pull out bed was not that comfy . It would be helpful if there was a leaflet regarding the facilities available for the kids club activities .

The pool is fantastic. Hygiene is great. Also just takes a short walk to a beautiful beach.

The dinner buffet could have been better. E.g. the Asian nicht with sushi can't match the quality of a sushi restaurant at all.

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel. I came with my family incl. two toddlers. It's absolutely family-friendly. The staff was super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help we needed help or advise. The rooms are beautiful and big, the accessories (the kitchen absolutely had everything that you could need. From cutlery to cups, to pots, to kettle,.. ), the location of the hotel is great! Shopping possibilities, bus station and the beautiful beach are just 'next to the hotel'/ not far away by foot approximately 10 minutes The hotel has its own supermarket in the house, there is an entertainment program in the evening, there is enough different food (a super menu where absolutely everybody can find something great to eat) also kids, for the kids - enough possibilities to play (nice pool with a ship, nice slides, a kids club where kids get entertained and a beautiful playground where kids can play in parents sight range (while the parents enjoy the sun in the deckchair). It was a birthday trip for our toddlers. We would like to say a big big thank you to the whole staff of the hotel for making our time so special and unforgettable. A BIG THANKS to the whole kitchen and especially to Toni for just everything and a BIG THANKS to the kids Club staff (Ariel, Mario and Elin) for the super cute little gift that will forever remind us of our stay. We will come again and we absolutely recommend this hotel (im not exaggerating).

We were super happy with our stay there. The are just two little things that would be great if it 'could change'. Our room has not been cleaned by the cleaning staff for two days (luckily there was a broom so we could do it by ourselves). On the kids playground (on the biggest/ highest slide) other kids and also mine kept on bumping their heads on the metal pole (which is there to protect the kids from falling). I think there could be something soft on the metal pole so that nobody gets hurt when bumping with the head there. Other than that everything was perfect and I still recommend this hotel and still would come again.

location. its in the middle of nowhere streets around it are deserted, as is the main road with the shops. maybe because we were there off-season, and maybe because we like to get out / dont spend all day sotting in the sun by the pool. also, we were there first week of May. weather was nice, but the pool temperature freezing

We booked an 1 bedroom premium apartment and it was so spacious! Good amenities! Bathroom having 2 sinks big step-in shower. All in all good value for the money!

We were located over the entertainment area, music and so on and was noisy but not later than 22:00.

I found the hotel website difficult to browse through, which resulted in the fact that I would have been able to book the vacation package considerably cheaper. Furthermore the hotel appeared to be reducing service for the last two days. Closing of parts of the restaurant and reducing selection.
