The staff, with the exception of the reception were magnificent.

The hotel rates itself as disabled friendly and nothing could be further from the truth. We had told them 6 weeks before the trip that we had a wheel chair guest with us but when we arrived we found no disabled rooms available but they would transfer us when available, no transfer happened, what made it worse we found out that a couple we were talking to on our last day were upset that they were put in a disabled room they didn’t want the day after we arrived. The bathroom you couldn’t get a wheelchair in and I slipped and fell twice receptions answer was we will tell the manager but he will do nothing. The only disabled toilet where you could get a wheelchair in was in the ladies toilet, our wheelchair guest was a man, the receptions answer was “we are following legal requirements. Many more examples but certainly not for disabled guests you are a second class citizen

The staff were friendly, big room and the meals were lovely, very good value for money

good friendly staff and guests . food was great no problems at all . young fran was so lovely as was all the staff and entertainment 🥰

we had a double bed and would of preferred the singles as my husband is a big man and I had no room 😂
