La ubicacion muy buena..frente la playa y el paseo maritimo. Cerca de restaurantes y la zona comercial.

Everything! Great view, very comfortable room, cool and funky art work. The staff could not have been any more friendly or professional. Joshua went above and beyond on the evening we checked in, ensuring that we had the bed that we wanted and even left us some candy. Free parking was a bonus.

La puerta que da a la terraza estafalta de mantenimiento, la cama estaba sin sábana bajera, tuvimos que solicitarla de noche en recepción

La ubicación, el recepcionista ( creo que se llama Joshua) y el echo de poder venir con mascotas.
Al llegar nuestra habitación era espantosa, sin decoración Popart tan significativa en la web.( solo el cabezal tenía diseño) Vistas a una fachada del edificio de enfrente . Llena de polvo y suciedad y hasta pelos en la cama ( tengo videos) desayuno aceptable pero nada que ver con las fotos de la web (solo por nombrar un ejemplo; los donuts no estaban en ningún desayuno que tuve) el detector de humos estaba tapado ,tubos de ducha sucios , tamaño de la habitación claustrofóbico, estantería llena de polvo y de regalo una Foto de antiguos huéspedes(
Que por el polvo que había encima : la foto llevaba allí meses 😅 ) pero el recepcionista Joshua ha sido muy amable y nos consiguió en pocas horas una habitación con las mismas vistas pero más amplia, más bonita y más limpia !

Our view was amazing the decor was fun. Bed was ok pillows brilliant! Reception staff were nice location was great and close to everything you need and far enough away to enjoy the sound of the waves and beauty of old town Benidorm.
Shower pressure was poor and temperature was up and down but left to run and was okish.
We didn’t like the breakfast set up so ate out after one try. although there was plenty of choice for what it was. Our cleaner didn’t really clean she re made the bed but didn’t clean bathroom for our 4 night stay nor sweep room but fresh towels every day.

Location
Room view was at the back of a street and we couldn't open the window. Also, the room was next to the cleaning supplies room and the noise in the morning was terrible. Staff not caring about hosts being asleep.

Terrace was good but had to ask for chairs for veranda
No chairs on terrace. Asked for chairs and had to bring these to our room ourselves

The second morning there was kiwi which was completely off. When i went to lift it went into mush
Yogurt made with some fruit on top was the day befores as fruit on top was rotten

Amazing view, great value for money, clean, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Modern finish and good Aircon system.
We arrived late due to delays and all of the shops were closed. The hotel's bar isn't actually open or stocked so we couldn't get any water. There was a machine but this did not take card and it wouldn't accept notes because it had no change. The balcony doors were single glazed so you could pretty much hear everything from outside late into the night. Definitely recommend earplugs because of this and because of the general banging and slamming noises from the other rooms.
