Excellent location. Very polite and helpful staff (esp. Jo). Good apartment with an excellent view. Enjoyed our stay.
In one of the rooms quilts were not clean and beds a bit uncomfortable. Given we were there for only 2 nights did not raise the issue with staff.

Beautiful grounds, lovely gardens and pool area. Fantastic views and very nice modern apartment.
We were 2 couples but had two single beds in one bedroom. These beds were made up with flat sheets instead of fitted ones so every night they did not stay on bed properly. it was quite uncomfortable.

Very big, spacious, modern, privacy for everyone. Balconies off every room.
3 bathrooms plus powder room. Great kitchen.
Showers had great pressure!
Cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in.
Kitchen had heaps of crockery, cutlery, glasses.
Big balcony over looking beach and pools.
Beautiful morning sun.
Lift was quick.
Loved the big spa by the pool. Perfect warm temperature to relax.

10-15min walk to Broadbeach centre.

close to every where we need to go. all within walking distance. loved the pool area. car parking came without having to pay extra. back gate exit, for a walk along beach.
A little too much dust along the skirting boards of the unit.  would’ve been nice to know about the $300 deposit for the keys before arriving.

Location right on the beach and close to Pacific Fair. Facilities are great and the apartment spacious with fabulous views.
Carpet stained and dirty - not up to standard for a luxury apartment. Overall not clean enough.

good ocean view, pool inside the premises
1. room was not ready for occupy, second washroom was dirty, toilet paper on ground and dirty in the toliet
2. not ready kitchen as aparment, no knife in the kitchen, no rubbish bags
3. management staff was not so friendly when we told her the toilet was dirty, no proper respond
4. management staff was not treating clients fairly. He spoke to a young lady with smiling face and warm sound, but when I asked for rubbish bags, no talking only giving two rubbish bags. I stayed for 6 nights, only 2 bags

Amazingly located right at the beach. There is always cafes, bottle shops and bowls club right on the doorstep. The beach view are amazing and the staff was welcoming and polite. I would definitely return

the room was spectacular, as was was the location. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
the air conditioning did not work. the complex were responsive in trying to fix it but couldn’t get it fixed during our stay.

It was all good, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The unit was very spacious, with a good balcony on the sunny side. A BWS, cafe, fish and chip shop, and grocery are near as is the bowling club which has good meals. Special thanks to Deborah who colluded with our son from Peth to arrange accommodation for a surprise visit. We hadn't seen him for three years because of covid.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Pool area was perfect. Heated pool a total winner. Local transport so handy. We had the best time and the beach was just across the road. Perfect!
