Overall a comfortable stay.

Too expensive for the value we get. Hotel was a bit old, and the staff was ok friendly but not as friendly as some of the other hotels we stayed in Japan.

お部屋の広さ、使いやすさ。 バスルームが最高！バスタブと洗い場が 別々でバスタブが大きくてゆったり。 バスピローもリラックスを更に良きものに。

当日急に決まった宿泊で、部屋タイプが違ったにも関わらず3部屋を近くに用意して頂いて大変助かりました。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で感じ良く、さすが一流ホテルだと感心しました。 お食事も部屋の広さも、バスタブも最高でした。 GWにも関わらず、ホテル内もゆったりと落ち着いました。

アメニティに、化粧水と乳液があれば尚良かったです。

Sijainti on aavistuksen sivussa, mutta kulkuyhteydet ovat silti ihan hyvät.

朝食はもちろん､立地､設計デザイン､内装､アメニティ品､設備などが必要十分にして華美でなく、価格も妥当で全体のバランスが良いため､コストバリューが高い。

方針とは思うが､さらに化粧水だけでもあるとシェービング後はありがたい。

部屋が広く清掃も行き届いていた。朝食も大変おいしかった。ホテルマンの対応も明るく適切でした。

なし。 あえて言えば、送迎バスの停留所がメインエントランスから見えず、　バスが来たのに気が付かず行ってしまった。 案内をいただけると助かった。

部屋が清掃も行き届いていて綺麗でした。 朝食が種類も豊富でとても美味しくて、スタッフの対応やサービスも良かったのでまた来たいと思いました。

到着した時に駐車場がすぐに分からなかったのですが、スタッフの方が気づいたにもかかわらず、ゆっくり歩いてきて対応が冷たく感じました。

We have been traveling to Kyoto several times this past year and go to this hotel regularly. Our stay was this time again great, the hotel staff very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and had a beautiful view over the roofs of Kyoto with mountains in the background, the shuttle very helpful. The possibility to rent bicycles directly from the hotel is also convenient.

There is nothing I didn't like.

スタッフの方々は丁寧でした 地元新聞の提供が嬉しかったです お部屋のグレードアップをしていただきました ひとりではもったいない程広かったです 朝食も美味しかったです、特にスープが美味しかったです！ アメニティが充実していました

良くない点は全くありません☻ 早めに到着してしまっため、15時チェックインまでお茶を飲みながら過ごしてしまいました。 次回は15時以降に到着して直ぐにお部屋に入れるようにしたいてす

老舗ホテルの風格があり、ゆったりと滞在できました。スタッフの皆さまも丁寧に応対してくださり、部屋もグレードアップしていただいたので居心地満点です。

最寄りの地下鉄やバス停から少し歩かなければいけないのが難点。でも、烏丸御池からシャトルバスが出ていました。

外観から高級感が素晴らしい 中も広々としたロビーで贅沢な空間。 色々依頼したがスタッフのみなさんの対応も全て完璧だった。 クリーニングの方たちとすれ違うたび挨拶されていて、ホテル全体のホスピタリティの高さを感じた。 お部屋も広く快適で素晴らしく お風呂も湯船に浸かれる広さ ぜひまた宿泊したいところです。

利便性はあまり良くないが 烏丸御池からシャトルバスがあるので、助かった。 ホテル内にコインランドリーがないので、長く滞在には厳しいかもしれない。 1番近くのコインランドリーで徒歩6分でした。

Le staff est tellement attentionné et gentil, tout est propre et beau. Les chambres sont grandes le petit déjeuner est riche et varié…

Le prix au bar sont élevées.

朝食もレストランの食事も大変美味しかったですし、ホテルマンが皆さん優しくホスピタリティに溢れていました。最近のホテルと違い、日本の伝統的なおもてなしのあるホテルの良さを感じることができました。また宿泊したいホテルの1つです。

ホテルのアプリケーション、ラインにホテルを登録したのですが、特典を利用できる数ヶ月後とのこと、少し期間が長いと思いました。

Excellent service, clean and comfortable

Only the location, but they have shuttle bus service to nearest station.

Absolutely beautiful, pristine hotel in a prime location. The bathroom was, in a word, luxurious, the staff was exceptional, and the parking exceptionally convenient.

The beds and pillows...oh my. Just so hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Literally everything else about this hotel was so wonderful, but those mattresses and pillows could be used to coerce confessions in the basement of some secret police headquarters.

Everything closes early. no room service after closure if restaurants.

The room had a separate room with tv, table, refrigerator, ac control, and ethernet cable connection. Separate toilet room. Wonderful shower and bath room. Beautiful woodwork, plenty of plug-ins, usb hubs at each side of bed. Bedding was very comfortable. Restaurants were wonderful. The Midi Bar had super desserts. Hotel well located. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. My wife and I are going to come back to the Koyto Brighton Hotel again.

Having to leave.

The indisputable advantage of this hotel is its location near the Imperial Palace and the relatively close proximity to the subway for those who don't want to use the taxi service, which in Japan is always clean and very reputable with affordable prices.

Unfortunately there was no gluten free food available, specifically gluten free bread for breakfast where it was difficult to choose a suitable combination within the buffet.

Hotel was very clean with good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful. It is the centre of Kyoto so that it was very easy for us to travel anywhere in Kyoto.

There were no Spa. However we managed to get massage in our own room. The bar closed at 09:30 pm.

A comfortable and nice stay at Kyoto Brighton. All the services were excellent, we really enjoyed the facilities, service and personnel.

Indeed there is no item that I could write that we did not like.

Location. Too far from happening places. Restaurants and shops 10 to 15 minutes walk.
