Having to come back home

Nice and quite site, bungalow we stayed in was comfortable, nice pool. staff were ver welcoming.

Nothing. We didn't like

Reception staff! Given incorrect details about pick up when I asked for confirmation. Luckily I got a further e mail from the shuttle firm. Your staff also contradicted each other on when I could get my deposit back and procedure to get it.

Nice relaxed environment. Ideal for family with additional needs child. The pool was enclosed so my son couldn't run away ( he has no sense of danger) the roads arent busy and the cars drive slowly. Everyone residing there, is pleasant on passing. The mobile home was comfortable, cosy and clean. We had a wood pellet burner and an electric heater (the nights where freezing so these where needed first thing in the morning and evening)

Staff can sometimes seem abrupt/ sharp. It is some distance out from benidorm centre so we did have to use the local bus service/ taxi on occasion. We had quite a few issues, wood fire running out of pellets, a metal shutter stuck, and couldn't be pulled down, shower head flew off when shower was put on. But All issues where resolved quickly after reported. One evening the electric cut out repeatedly over several hours. Again, it Was resolved by the time we went to bed.

We have stayed here before and as aresult of that stay we visited again

Amazing stay! Loved the little lodge that we stayed in. Great value for money and clean throughout. Good location for shops, pubs and laundrette. It’s a nice atmosphere around the park and only around 20 mins walk from Benidorm Levante beach, buses also every 20 minutes. Air conditioning and also In build fire provided. Facilities for children are great, there is a park, swimming pool and also pool/air hockey.

Mattresses could be more comfortable but were good value for money. Laundry left and beds not made. Frustrating as there are dogs that bark a lot near by but this is not the campsites fault.
