We came here on our honeymoon and could not recommend this property more. Hawa and her family went above and beyond to make this such a special stay - from the most beautiful arrangement on our bed surrounded by fresh rose petals, to bringing is the most gorgeous cake to our room and even giving me a gift when we left. Thank you so much! The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities including a minibar with snacks and drinks. Our room felt bigger and brighter than what I had expected from the photos so that was a plus. But of course the main star of the show is the amazing view and being right there on the beach. So tranquil and peaceful with Sun loungers a few feet away from your room. Location is good, close to tons of beach bars and restaurants - they’re all pretty quiet, but lots to choose from. All in all an amazing stay and you should book!!

Absolutely nothing

Beach Home Lanta is a gem! Owner driven beachfront guest house,situated on probably the best beach in Koh Lanta.(Klong Nin), and 50 metres from the nearest (of many) on- the- beach restaurants that line up next to each other.. So location is ideal and the room was lovely too - comfortsnle/ neat / clean and views forever! . Hawa and her husband are the difference vs the many other options out there. Highly recommend.

Can hear tje odd passing traffic from time to time as the road that runs north to south on Koh Lanta runs behind the various beachfront establishments. But a minor mention given everything positive about our stay there.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and only metres from bars and restaurants. The 7 eleven shop and a few others were also only a short walk away. Hawa and her family couldn’t have been kinder and could arrange any sort of trip or taxi you could wish for. The rooms were also spotlessly clean.

superb location on the best beach. next door to beach bars/restaurants with a really good atmosphere. the staff are excellent, always willing to help and assist. i would recommend beach home lanta highly for any traveller wanting to be based in lanta and for a really relaxing time.

Location was absolutely best, also everyone there was super helpful, the main receptionist/ manager order tickets to get there, trip to phi phi and tickets to railay beach when we were leaving, i really appreciate her quick response to all my questions on booking:)

Everything!! This place is just amazing!! Every room has access directly to the beach, the owners are super help and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and brought directly to your room! By far the best place we stayed in Thailand

What a gem of a place! So many details thought of for the comfort of their guests, like a microwave, sharp knife, plates and bowls and a big fridge. The room was big, the bed extremely comfortable. We loved the breakfast, served on our own patio, meters from the beach ⛱ I loved the gift, thank you 😊

We loved everything about Beach Home Lanta. It is a beautiful accommodation on a beautiful beach. The staff are such lovely people, very friendly, very smiley, very happy people. I will definitely stay here again. I can’t wait to return. A fabulous place, a fabulous island. xxx

We booked one week but stayed 3 weeks. location on a very beautifull beach staff very friendly and helpfull view is splendid cleaning is superb Wifi is very fast and steady very near to shops and restaurants

only one minor thing. at 5 pm a restaurant at 100 mtr starts music sometimes too loud with a heavy beat

This place is even better than I expected: the location is perfect, next to the bars and restaurants but quiet, the beach is awesome and clear, everything is near by (7/11, little market, tesco...). The room has a kettle, tea, coffee etc, water everyday, and also a microwave and some plates and cutlery. The bed is extremely comfortable, the balcony has a clothes hanger (on top of armchairs and table) and leads to the bedchairs overlooking the beach: ideal for sunset! The owners are extremely helpful and kind.

I didn't try the breakfast so I don't know if it's good or not.

We loved being right on the beach, and it’s a lovely beach for walking, running or swimming. There are many small restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced, and very good. The rooms are well equipped and very spacious and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Right on the beach, the room included sun beds for us, few steps from the beach. Along the beach many beach bars, where you can also enjoy tasty food Bonus: few minutes walk from Seven eleven. :)

Stronger shower

Great apartment directly at a great not too busy beach, white sand and some rocks you only see with low tide (not disturbing). Because the apartments ground is approx 1.50 m higher than the beach, you have a private part with your sunbed and table separated from the regular beach crowd, where you can enjoy a better overview and the sunset. Very convenient to just walk in the water (leave your belongings safe on your private beach/sunbed 1.50 m higher), wash off the salt in your shower, grab a drink from your fridge, lay down on the sunbed, and enjoy the sun and view. There are many good & affordable restaurants/bars nextdoor, all with a very relaxed and laidback atmosphere....just grab some cash (no credit cards accepted), walk barefoot on the beach in your swimwear and select one. We did not order breakfast from the apartment, as we liked the variety of these restaurant. Within 5 minutes walk you will find massage salons, 2 small supermarkets (7Eleven and Tesco), cash machines, stands to buy fresh fruits (they can cut it for you or make a shake for you to take away) and street food. Our apartment was very spacious, well maintained, with comfortable big bed, separate seating (2 chairs and table), kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, A/C, free bottle of water per day, daily cleaning. When you open the curtains in the morning, the first thing you see, is the beach and the sea right in front of you.

Apartment building is right at the narrow main road, so its quite noisy and can be disturbing in the evening. Towels did not always smell fresh. Not cheap for Thailand, but if you want an apartment right at a beautiful, not too busy beach and you can afford it, I'd definitely recommmend to do it
