mi sono trovata tutto sommato bene, il posto è tenuto bene e pulito. l'ingresso è piccolo un po' imbucato ma all'interno la struttura è bella. ci sono diversi piani con le camere. la sala comune con cucina è al primo ed è tenuto bene. hanno anche un piccolo terrazzo coi tavolini. c'è perfino un pianoforte dentro. sono a disposizione piatti posate tazze e pentole per cucinare (dopo bisogna lavarle) e poi tutte le attrezzature: bollitore, forno, frigo ecc. + un distributore automatico di cibo e bevande in reception parlano bene inglese specialmente la signora con i capelli biondi, ha un ottimo accento ed è molto calma, spiega bene tutto. sono disponibili servizi di prenotazione taxi per l'aeroporto che bisogna riservare IL GIORNO PRIMA del check-out. quando fai il check-in ti viene consegnato un foglio pieghevole con TUTTE le informazioni da sapere. il check-in sono dalle 14 ma se arrivi prima puoi lasciare il bagaglio in reception e andare a fare un giro la mia camera era da 12 letti molto spaziosa, sono rimasta contenta quando ho visto. tutto sommato silenziosa i bagni sono sparsi in giro per i piani posizione centralissima vicina alle attrazioni principali della città che si possono raggiungere benissimo a piedi tutte quante, in ogni caso ci sono diverse stazioni della metro vicine. si trova su una strada in salita

non mi è piaciuto/migliorerei: avere il bagno dentro le camere e non fuori, ospiti un po' rumorosi durante la notte (questo purtroppo non dipende dallo staff..), terrazzo un po' più grande, quando fai check-out se lasci il bagaglio dopo le ore 16 te lo fanno pagare. è successo che un ospite indiano mi ha chiesto il numero di telefono, eravamo nella stessa stanza e ci siamo incrociati all'ingresso, io uscivo e lui arrivava, abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere mi ha chiesto da dove venissi e poi mi ha detto da dove veniva lui e dopo mi ha detto ''dopo se vuoi darmi il tuo contatto se vieni in india ti porto io in giro'' . io nel frattempo sono uscita, ma dopo quando ero rientrata in ostello in camera si è avvicinato col suo cellulare , voleva che scrivessi il mio numero. io ho detto ''no no'' e poi è andato via il giorno dopo. questo è stato l'unico piccolo inconveniente

It is more like a hotel than a hostel, clean facilities, very nice staff, very good location and Very nice design.

The so called shared kitchen is NOT equipped for cooking, there is only a microwave, a toaster and a kettle to use. There is cutlery and dishes, but otherwise I don't know how people can call this kitchen "well equipped". The common room looks great, but mainly contains uncomfortable high bar seats and a small sofa and is also quite small. It doesn't really help that there's a lot of small separated tables to meet new people and I generally didn't feel comfortable in the common room that much, maybe just a big dining table where you can properly eat at and a stove would already make it better. I have the feeling that the hostel went more for looks then for funktion in general.

I liked the location and the majority of the staff.

One of the attendants at breakfast wasn’t as friendly as the one who was there the previous day.  Also, the air conditioning in the room seemed to go on and off throughout the night and didn’t stay on constantly, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep because it’s very hot in Madrid right now.

Nice clean hostel with spacious rooms right in the city center. They also offer breakfast which is very convenient! I had a very pleasant stay and I would choose to stay again.

Very good location close to all must-see attractions. Great breakfast at just 8 EUR. Nice room, well eqipped, comfortable bed, towels included. Helpful and attentive staff.

Considering that is is a hoStel it was amazing. My first experience in hostel and I couldn’t have a best one. Much more clean and quiet that I imagined. Everything is really new and well preserved, beds are comfortable, clean white sheets and towels, bathrooms super clean. The building is great and facilities super nice, location is just perfect, I did everything around just walking, it’s also a really safe neighborhood. I stayed in a FEM 6 people bedroom, nice view, size and organized.

Towels are a bit “strange” that kind of material not easy to dry yourself… hahaha but nothing that can change the good full experience.

Location is perfect. Bathrooms a bit small, showers right next to toilets for the whole floor. The rooms are very clean, A+ on the cleaning. 2 towels provided at no charge, even though at the desk they tell you it's €2, but they're already on your bed for free. I would stay again.

The staff was kind and informative. There was luggage storage available as we arrived a lot earlier than our check-in time. The room was quite clean and the AC worked.

The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom/shower in our private room. The drain appeared to be very slow so the water went everywhere in the bathroom when we took a shower.

very good location, the common area was very cool too. the rooms are a little basic, but serve what they're meant for.

the bathroom light is automatic but it switches itself off in like 3 seconds, and the sensor doesn't identify you when you're sitting in the toilet, so... had to poop in the dark

Common showers and bathrooms don't have much storage space. So when you take your things or clothes in order to have a shower or use the bathroom you find yourself with not enough space to put them down or hang them without getting them wet somehow.
