People come there to book hourly. Really loud intimate sounds, you feel like in a brothel. The elevator had a toxic smell. I would always wear the mask just to avoid the bacterias. The corridors were also smelly. No sound proof, you will always hear doors smashing. The room was old and dirty an unhygienic, the water from the shower was sinking into the floor, imagine what is underneath. The AC can’t be controlled properly, you would put it in low and in a few minutes the windows will get foggy because it is that cold. The light in the room was really bad.

It had a room during the F1 weekend when everyone was booked out. Staff were extremely helpful as I could tell they were embarrassed for charging that rate for the room

Price gouging of S$430 for a room that normally rents for a quarter of that amount. Inadequate lighting to read or shave in bathroom. Roosters outside of window at 5 am.

you should rebrand your hotel as a “love motel” instead. it’s ridiculous to rent rooms out to people for 2 hrs so they can have sex and not sure if it’s legal or not. couldn’t sleep at all because of loud noises from other rooms - housekeeping is up all night with loud noises very disappointing to see the steady parade of ‘lovers’ coming in every hour. oh and the room is infested with ants

charged £100 for the tiniest room possible staff was absolutely horrible, threw the key at me basically when I was checking in after a long period of air travel left a very bad taste about Singapore and it’s people we left as soon as it was morning

There was a lot of noise even in the middle of the night. Doors that were being closed too loudly even in the middle of the night. There were ants and the room had a musty smell
