Perfectly located in the heat of Paharganj, this hotel offers everything you need for a budget stay. Great price value, helpful staff, room with all amenities. It’s the second time I stayed here and it’s the place I ll stay next time I’m around this area.

あの辺に止まったのは2箇所目。トイレにシャワーのパターンはもうどこも同じだからいかに親が出るのかとどーせ慣れるけど臭く無いかと、汚れがどのくらいなのかの３つ。でもここはどれも気にならないくらい大丈夫で、大正解。もちろんシャワー後はびしょびしょになるけどそれも想定内だし、すぐ乾かしバスタオルでなんとか拭くこともできるし。なってったって1泊5千円でと思ったら広いし似合わないしで前回のとこの湿ってるタオルやカビ臭い系のところよりは全然良かったです。バラナシに荷物を置いて一泊で行ったのでこの値段はあり。スタッフもとても協力的だしなんでも言えば解決してくれるしで、5泊満足でした！

良くない点はまーこのくらいの値段や周辺のホテルはどこのホテルも似たり寄ったりでしたが、まず建て付けが悪いので隣の声、道の騒音は当たり前（笑）夜中まで結婚式みたいなのがやったて爆音の日がありました。でも気づいたらこちらも寝たので仕方ないなーと思うしかない。嫌なら2万くらいのホテルに移動すべき！インドだし、それも含めてロケーションやホテルに納得することを覚えました！

clean and neat environment. Metro train is walkable. Akshartham, india gate all are very nearby. Friendly staffs, whatever we asked, they immediately arranged it. Arranged a nice cab service also. Really value for money.

Good location. Clean premises. Staff is decent. A metro station is stone throw away. Local commute hence is quite easy. Locality is bustling with economical options to eat and shop.

This a cheap hotel. don't expect perfection. it was ok.

The staff were friendly and kind to us (I cannot remember the names, but thank you!). There was always a guard at the front door and a few staff members at the hotel reception so that we could feel protected from outside.

The hotel room and bathroom are not that new.

Well where do I start, the driver that was supposed to meet me at the arrivals gate was not there despite me messaging the hotel up to 24 hours in advance and being assured he would be there, so i had to get a prepaid taxi, not too much of a problem as I had stayed at the hotel before and knew where it was. I arrived at the hotel and check in was quick and room was ready, all staff very nice and welcoming. Harish is a real star. 48 hours after check in I began to feel unwell, staff member Damodar took me to a hospital where I was diagnosed with a head cold and a chest infection and put on a drip, the next day I fell in my room and didn't have the strength to get back up, I crawled too the door and after a few tries I managed to reach up and unlock it and call for help, once again Damodar came to my rescue, he took me to hospital where I was diagnosed with a viral fever and put on a drip, 2 hours later I was fit to go back to the hotel Next day back too the hospital where I was diagnosed with severe diarrhea (which I did not get from the hotel) Covid and de-hydration. Damodar made sure I got all the medication I needed. The hospital suggested I was tested for Dengue fever and Typhoid, Damodar organized the doctor who came to the hotel to take blood Luckily both tests were negative. All the staff at the hotel were great, I had booked to stay 1 week but they let me stay longer as I was sick, Damodar really took care of me checking on me often and even going out to get me fruit, even the security guard was great, always saluting me when I went out or came back. Hot water available every day if you phone reception and a kettle and fridge supplied. Being so ill I had to cut my trip short, 11 days instead of 28, the manager made sure I got my boarding pass printed and the taxi to the airport organized. So a big thank you too you guys at the hotel, you really looked after me. Turns out i had Covid and a Fever and severe de hydration and was treated in hospital in UK

Good location, behind the Main Bazaar, so it is quieter and far less hectic. A decent place, clean, good wifi, good hot water, feels safe, respectful (if not friendly) staff. I’ve stayed many times alone as a female traveler.

Very modern, clean, and luminated. Staff, Gourav and his team are excellent.

Everything. Stay here every time I am in delhi. As a single lady I feel very safe at this hotel. Facilities are great, hot water, air con etc. Rooms are as shown in photos and very clean. Staff is very polite and will help you with everything they possibly can. Laundry facility either same or next day at a very small cost.

Great location, very close to metro station and railway station. Shops and markets are easily accessible and in near proximity. Clean hotel, very safe for single ladies and everyone else looking to stay. Hotel entrances are manned day and night, CCTV is installed all over the hotel building. Staff is polite, happy and amazing, one phonecall and within minutes you are tended to. I have stayed here over 12 times on my own and with friends and family. Great room facilities, hot water all day, Ceiling fan, air conditioning and a mini fridge, along with TV set up! 10/10. Thank you for the lovely stay always!! :)

Nothing. It's hopeless hotel. Small & tiny room.

Rude behaviour of front desk. Took very long time for check-out. No choice for breakfast. Very slow service. Not ready to give invoice for food ordered. Too much rough language used by front desk person.

Best decent hotel in Pagarganj and very centrally located near shops, metro and trainstation. Good value for money, no luxury but everything you need with some small extras like fridge and kettle and very clean. Don’t be put off by the funny room décor, this hotel was good before covid and it is still good with new beds and the same friendly staff, standing out from all hotels around. Coming here for years for work and still can’t be beaten.

A bit noisy as the common areas are all marble and echoing, so you’ll hear doors banging and people talking outside the rooms. But nothing a pair of earplugs can’t help which you will need anywhere in Paharganj anyway.

Only price-wise is cheaper.

Old-style washrooms. No proper draining from sinks and toilet seats, no coffee tea serverd, not good breakfast, only typical breakfast served, dirty kitchen. Not seems hotel, but the rest house type. Even beds are not good.
