Everything. Owner, believe his name is Toshi. Is the nicest man you will ever meet. Whole family is amazing and wholesome. Actual house is so cute and functions amazingly. It’s located right next to a 7/11 and a bus stop so you can’t ask for more. Toshi is very welcoming and will help you the best of his ability

Les hôtes étaient toujours disponibles pour m’aider et m’orienter en me donnant le plus d’informations possible. De plus, j’ai réservé un soir un dîner préparé par leurs soins et c’était formidable. Le lieu est également idéalement placé et dans un quartier calme proche de différents magasins et restaurants.

Great hospitality from the hosts! Cozy and warm wooden house. Well appointed and decorated. Very clean toilets. Bath was sensational, and a great way to end a day on the slopes. My host provided free Pickup and drop-off, and even was kind enough to drop me to a ski field around the corner when I arrived late. Highly recommend this stay in Hakuba. Ask about the daily breakfast for 900 yen.
Beds are a little firm, wouldn't bother those who like the japanese style firm bed.

It immediately comes across as lush and immersive, with flowers and antiques everywhere, giving it a very rich feeling. The owner and his family are friendly and like to share their personal experiences and thoughts. I, the other guests, and the owner had a great evening talking about traveling and experiences of Japan, which made for a memorable time there.
I personally like this kind of independent-spirited accommodation, with a strong penchant for living close to nature, and a love of wood and old things. So there wasn’t much I didn’t like. There only thing I would have liked were some towels, since, as a mountain climber, I didn’t have any. But for the price of the room, I really couldn’t have expected more.

House with a lot of charm.
- Asked for a towel, ended up with 2 little ones.
- was showed a nice bathroom, but when I was called to go there, a girl ( owner ? ) came and took it for her . I felt it was very rude .
- I warned the owner I had to leave early in the morning, and asked if it was possible to take out the breakfast . Answer was No.

This place looks like a fairytale! Every corner of the guesthouse is beautiful, I took so many pictures. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and luxurious. The owners are so kind. Even though I don't speak Japanese, they made every effort to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend reserving a meal with them. Their traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and homemade. You also get to eat with the other guests so it's a great way to socialize. Wifi works well, plenty of hot water, and there's a convenience store around the corner. They also offer a free shuttle during check-in and check-out hours, so make sure to ask! Highly recommend this place, I want to come back in the winter!

The owner is very very helpful and very nice. Very good looking, beautiful property, conveniently located, value for money.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Host was amazingly kind and patient during my stay there. You can order home cooked and delicious dinner for 1500 yen and breakfast for 800 yen. They also offer discounted gear rentals and lift passes. Their place is also located 1-2 mins walk from the shuttle bus stop. The room was also warm and toasty. So happy that I stayed here and I will definitely be back if I am in Hakuba.
