No pillows left to select from when I arrived, and only a complicated coffee station which I gave up on using. Would be great to offer filter coffee or even instant.

It was so clean. The rooms are small, but there is a common kitchen, a rooftop with comfy chairs and picnic tables, and other common spaces to relax.

Chambres minuscules, et situées dans un autre établissement en face de la rue - donc peu de contact avec le personnel de la réception. Obligés de repasser par la Kyoto Station pour toutes les excursions, qui n’est pas tout à faire à côté.

Hostel was supermodern, well equipped, very good vibes, clean. How cool are the Dyson hairdryers! Amazing locating in the very centre of Kyoto, close to everything. Great shio ramen and kushikatsu izakaya just next door.

The interior is very new, and minimalist. I also liked that there is the possibility to work in different spaces. Also the location is good if you're interested in visiting the most touristic places in Kyoto.

The staff was very unfriendly. We had to pay the Kyoto Tourist Tax on arrival, and they lied to us that they talked to Booking.com about it and they're not able to add this tax in the price. We stayed at another hotel just the night before, also booked through booking.com. Tax was included in price no problems there. Staff reacted very unfriendly on us giving them feedback on their practices.

Un profesional no m gustó porque no era como sus compañeros, no tenía un trato igualitario con todos los huéspedes. Y otro, que teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de extranjeros le falta el dominio del inglés.

Lovely hostel in a good location. Rooms are very basic but do the job. Washing machines are available which is useful. Lovely bar area for socialising.

Late check in at 4pm was annoying as we arrived at 3pm as per normal check in times. Two buildings so may get wet if it’s raining getting across

価格はリーズナブルで浴室や居室、ベッドなど清潔で心地良い，タオルやお茶など自由に使える。ラウンジは24時間自分のペースで使える。スタッフはとても対応が良く安心感がある。

朝方4時半にチェックインの宿泊者や部屋のドア前のスペースで１時間くらい荷物を広げている人、香水がキツイ人等がいた(海外の宿泊客)その人の価値観や常識だが、ドミトリーの場合は多少の我慢は必要。

施設自体はおしゃれで、立地からしてリーズナブルに泊まれてよかったです！

部屋の埃が気になりました。布団と床の隙間部分や、換気扇に埃がたくさんついていたりなど、、朝起きるとハウスダストでしんどかったです。

Beds are incredibly hard

Literally everything. Clean. Location. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good AC. Hot shower. Luggage storage. Staff. Blackout curtains. The construction of the bunk beds being independent of one another meant not disturbing your bunk mate when you roll over middle of the night. Everything was great.

The motion light was a small annoyance to your roommate for midnight bathroom trips. But an understood annoyance.

Location is very good, walkable to most of the places. Great facilities, comfortable room, super clean toilets and bathrooms.

部屋に入るとほとんどWIFIが繋がらなくて困った。 日本人の男性スタッフの態度が非常に悪かった。キッチンを使ってる時にゴミ箱を替えに来ていたが、目が合うと挨拶どころか、睨みつけられた。挙げ句の果てにため息をつき、ゴミ箱をわざと凄い音を立てて叩きつけるように締めてびっくりしたし怖かった。 ゲストと目が合って挨拶も笑顔もせめて会釈すらできないホテルスタッフははじめてだった。一瞬にしてせっかくの楽しい気持ちが台無しになった。 学生のバイトだと思うが教育を徹底して欲しい。どんな時もゲストに見られてる事を忘れない様に。 それに比べて外国人の男性スタッフはいつも笑顔で対応してくれ素敵だった。 アメニティがPOLAでテンションが下がった。ホテルの雰囲気とあまりにも合わない。経費問題もあると思うが、せめて無地のボトルに入れ替えたらどうだろう。 冷蔵庫がキッチンにしか無いのが非常に不便。反対側の館にも置いて欲しい。 以上を改善すれば良いホテルだと思う。

Excellent location in the middle of Kyoto within a short stroll to transport options. A great base to explore from. The room was small but functional. The ensuite facilities were great - very clean and lots of water pressure. The main building's top floor roof was fun but did lack any sort of view due to the surrounding wooden walls. We didn't use any of the communal facilities but free coffee was available and it certainly looked spacious, clean and new. They have some storage facilities if you want to check out and leave your luggage for the day - all with locks.

The lack of view from the rooftop space was a little sad.

Super clean, amazing facilities and still quite lovely place to go to. It was my second time there, and I still love every single bit of it.

The double rooms can be and feel a bit dark. However, they are clean and super comfortable. Only one issue I had was with the fact that there were a lot of Chinese tourists there who kept on making insane amounts of noise at night. However, there was nobody to complain to. They also took over the common kitchen and didn't clean it at all. I hope that the hotel personnel can look into this in the future and be clearer about the rules.

Fabulous accommodation! The bed was super comfortable. Loved the setup of our double room, so practically laid out and cosy. It has lovely common areas, especially the kitchen which is huge and fully equipped with a coffee station as well. The locker room allows you to conveniently store and lock your luggage (you can set your own combination lock) before and after check-out time. This hostel is really great value for money and the staff are very friendly so I would happily stay here again!

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Well located, well priced, clean and modern with great facilities. We stayed in the “hotel” part, there is another building across the street housing the “hostel” part. Guests can use both areas. The downstairs lounge was a great place to relax or eat in with a green wall for a touch of nature - very Japanese. The Hostel kitchen had all the mod cons and cookware that you’d need. The staff tips were excellent.

The roof terrace was great, we had dinner up there, but the BBQ and taps were not operational. It would be a great place to cook and eat and enjoy a piece of sky. The bar looked cool but was only open Friday & Saturday nights but there were plenty of other bars in the area.
