The acoustics in the property were poor, and unfortunately there were children running around at all hours of the day shouting and screaming and the room provided little protection so sleep was difficult.

Staff - Each & everyone was approachable and they always keep smile in their face whenever we enquire/talk irrespective of time(late night) & place.

Probably bit overpriced & smart tv was not connected to internet with no apps and could able to screen mirror only by Android mobiles. Staff(IT & Engineering team) helped to connect to internet atleast kids were able to watch YouTube, Thanks to them!!

The property wasn’t too big and didn’t seem busy even fully booked. Loved the pool area and bars around the pool. Our Ocean view was wonderful

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Lots of shade and sun, great kids facilities.

It is near the water ski area, and the smell of petrol from the jet skis was a bit off putting

The atmosphere, cleanliness , staff are exceptional - always willing to go out of there way to please .

Restaurant is amazing with delicious food and kids meals. Staff is great! Room is clean, great shower room too.

Facility manager: the bedside table has very sharp edges with sharp glasses. It hurt my leg on day 1 and my kids head on the following night.

Nagyon igyekszik a személyzet, de mintha mindenki csak egy feladatra lenne betanitva. Tobbszor elofordult, hogy nem kaptunk etkeszletet az etelhez, kihult az etel mire megkaptam a villát hozzá. Elfelejtettek rendeleseket, ossze vissza sorrendben hoztak az etelt kulon keres ellenere is. Mindenert nagyon elnezest kernek, mindent felírnak amit kersz, vegul megis egy kaosz lesz. A szobak hangszigetelese botranyosan rossz, a 2. emeleten hallottuk a hallban folyo eletet, a takaritas iszonyu ajtocsapkosassal jar, pihenni itt nem lehet. A szobakban van huto, de ures a minibar, minden mas szallodaban ingyenes ivovizet biztositottak, itt nem. From the minute we arrived we were greeted and made feel very welcome, this is our second time we have stayed at this facility and it is amazing that the staff actually remembered us from our stay last year. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of variety no matter what you wanted.

There isn't anything that we didn't like.

Gute Betten und Klimatisierung, sehr gutes Frühstück in Buffetform. Kulantes Entgegenkommen für den "late check-out" bei der Abreise.

Zu wenig Sonnenschirme (Schatten) für die Liegen am Strand. Leider ist der Pool größtenteils im Schattenbereich des Hotels. Zuviel Motorbootlärm im Bereich des Strandes.

The staff are truly the highlight of this place! They are all pretty concerned about the guests' confort annd go anice annd beyond.. And my 2-year old also very much enjoyed the kids club.

However, there was a lack of life. I saw multiple activities planned but no one to animate them. - and some of them were chargeable which is a real shame. The beach is not bad but full of seaweed and we had trouble bathing as much as we would have liked because of low tide which makes it difficult to swim.... but there are pools if that's something you like, it could replace low-tide swimming in the sea for sure.

Staff and the facility was Excellent. Their food was great. They lived up to all the expectations as promised.

We absolutely loved every aspect of the hotel! From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. The impeccable attention to detail in the room decor and amenities truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. Special thanks to Ms. Geksa from reception team and Ms. Novia "putu" from restaurants team. 4 amazing pools, access to private clean golden sand beach. Gym and kids club.... perfect Additionally, the breakfast and the dining experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu of exquisite dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfection.

There is not single bad thing that can be mentioned. It is a dream hotel

The staff were amazingly friendly, the beach, facilities and indoor activities were great for the family.

The beach is a bit smaller than other beaches in the area, but the facilities in the hotel made up for it. The pool needs some renovation as we kept finding loose tiles inside the pool.

it is a very cozy place. Staff is super friendly and asks for feedback and takes your inputs seriously. Very quiet. Great breakfast, with varieties of meat, vegetables, cheese, eggs, and coffee options. The beach is very clean and chill. best place for family.

if I have to say something, there are ants in our room but I guess it is common in Bali.

Staff were so professional! Fantastic setup for kids! Pools were so evenly balanced! Our rooms were so clean! The restaurant staff were so accommodating!

Please put a door stop behind the balcony sliding door to ocean view rooms. This may happen more often than reported. I badly jammed & cut my finger in the balcony sliding door of room 515. Thanks for the bandaids :)

The pool and cleaniness and buffet breakfast

People thst put towels on sun lounges but weren’t in the pool but gone to breakfast. Very unfair on other guests who had breakfast but no sun lounges available

Amazing service provided throughout our stay, great breakfast and a lot of options to choose from, customer service has been great and staff has always been helpful.

Great breakfast, beautiful clean pool. The staff was very polite and hospitable. Dinner was nicely organised and good variety of food.

Transportation to and from the airport was more expensive then the usual transport in Bali.

I love the ambient, staff hospitality and willingness to offer help, room cleanliness, the view, the pool, in short everything.

Not a 5 star hotel 3 star at best. tv was crackling and buzzing had to unplug room phone as it was stuck on loud speaker, hotel is 2km from nusa dua not as advertised, food and drink is very very expensive kids eat for free is pointless as the menu for adults i soo expensive its cheaper to go eat at other hotels which are actually in nusa dua. Cant swim in ocean out front of hotel as its full of rubbish so have to walk the 2km up to nusa dua where its clean enough for the kids to go in

Accommodating, very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, especially for Asian cuisine. The beach was nice and private and mostly empty, because people were at the pool area. Staff very eager to be helpful. I had a great massage at hotel's spa.

Our room was facing the interior of the hotel, and although it was the top floor, when there were people in the pool it could get very loud because of the echo.

It was beautiful beach view n pools and staff was soooooo Gud we love it. Our holidays was amazing n relaxing

The attitude and kindness of the staff is extraordinary, we simply had no complaints during our two week stay there. Thank you very much for everything, we hope to come back one day. (Nano, if anyone is reading this, we are still waiting for the divine tomato soup recipe) 😊
