The view from the room, clean room.

The restaurant was close, so we could't eat in the restaurant. The breakfast was also prepared to take it in the room. It was let in the fridge on the hall with our room number but in the morning when we went to take the breakfast it wasn't in the fridge anymore. We payed for a breakfast whihc we didn't have it. On the hall stairs it was also not kind of clean.

The location was fantastic and the room was comfortable with a great view over the lake from the balcony. The reception was warm and friendly and really helpful, with advice to all our questions. My wife is coeliac and we were able to discuss menu choices. The food was really good and I can recommend the steak! All in all, highly recommended and we’d definitely come back and stay again.

Terrible experience. The room was not cleaned, it was cold, have a smell. I left after 10minuttes, and the hotel promised give my money back. After two weeks, still didnt ger the money.

-The balcony with view over the lake. -The bed was comfortable. -The staff was friendly.

-There was a very penetrating parfum odour in the room. -The room was not very clean with hairs in the toilet and several dead mosquitoes on the walls. -Breakfast was very sober and put in a little refrigerator the evening before, which could be picked from the refrigerator next morning.

The location is perfect, on the edge of Eindhoven, easy to find, there is enough parking. The environment is beautiful (lake, promenade) and we had nice dinner at the restaurant.

Breakfast, although plentiful, was prepared and stored in the refrigerator. We prefer fresh pastries and the like.

Dinner from the restaurant downstairs was really great, I can imagine this is their main attraction. The nearby lake and proximity to Eindhoven are a big plus. We had a nice room with a view over the lake, with a large balcony.

We were disappointed by several things. First, while winter, we arrived at evening in a stone-cold room, with a turned-off heater. We had to wait around 4-5 hours until the room got up to temperature, and that was really unpleasant. Please think of heating up your rooms before guests arrive. Second we were quite disappointed by the breakfast, which was basically a brown bag of very basic sandwiches (lots of cheap bread, not much else), a mini box of orange juice and a yoghurt. We were expecting at least milk, fresh coffee or tea, some pastry, fresh eggs or something like that. Third, the rooms really need a refresh, they are quite worn-out with lots of marks on walls, furniture, carpets etc. Fourth, it looked like it wasn't vacuumed in a long while. And last, the walls are super thin, we could hear every noise from the next rooms and the hallway. Overall quite disappointed for a 4 star hotel.
