It's near from the underground station

It's dirty, poor and I had problems with the beddings. There was no duvet for my bed and it took me over 40 minutes to get other one, because the staff said to me "sorry, but we don't have another one"!!!! The shower is inside the room (8 beds) so it's impossible to take a shower at night or in the early morning.

Ladies in reception were nice and friendly also in coffee shop.

I wanted to do some laundry. Ye I know I got quite late and I sort of understand that the staff in the laundry had long difficult day behind him but everything is possible to say in more ways. I don't think he use really correct way. Also the washing machine and dryer are usually not difficult to use. So they could be available to all customers for some extra payment anytime they have time.

The broken outlets had to charge my phone downstairs , the cold showers . Turning off the heater in the middle of the night . The little security guard needs to be fired asap very rude and Mercedes but The two Brazilian girls are alright and nice to guests

After booking and paid, they asked me pay additional money which is not justifiable and I was harassed by one of the Male staff

First of all, amazing staff. Girls in reception was very polite, and did the check-in very fast and smooth, as well as we had a good laugh. Apart from that they did their work professionally. A lot of rooms and great place to stay on a budget, so I would definitely recommend this place if you just need to have few nights for a sleep and thats all. As there are not many other amenities in Hotel/hostel. You get what you pay for, and for the last minute booking, its an amazing option, as well as easy to get to the center by bus or underground.

Very near subway station.

No lockers or any kind of shelf in the room to put your belongings. We found people from other room staying in ours, walking in and out during night, even when the room was locked... not secure at all. The shower was inside the room, but with no private place to get dress.

The worst place I ve ever been in my life. Staff was so rude, I arrived there and the lady at the reception after intentionally ignoring me for 5 minutes, looked at me very annoyed and asked me to go sit down (not at the chair next to me, at one other chair, far away) and she would talk to me when she had time. 15 minutes later i just left. She was just sitting there, there were no other customers before me. She ignored everyone who came downstairs to talk to her or talked to them as if they were animals and she was supposed to be the receptionist. She made me feel bad for booking a bed there..I didn't even go back( I had a booking so i lost my money). This place was awful, smelly and dirty. I didn't feel safe, definitely don't recommend it for solo female travelers and I would definitely recommend them to reconsider their staff. Awful experience..
