Very friendly staff, helped us to carry up the luggage. The special thing about the hotel is that you have to change shoes into slippers at the entrance so that inside it is clean. The room itself was also clean, in the corridor you could get as much coffee as you wish (nestle instant coffee). The room was big and worth the money. We could also park our scooter in front of the door.

I’ve booked a room including breakfasts for 3 ppl for 3 nights and used to call the hotel asking about the parking space, but never be informed that there were any errors on the system that our breakfasts needed to be canceled. The hotel told us when we were about to check in. They refunded us only 150 THB in total and claimed that I got a discount price for the room so that’s why I was refunded in just a few amount. Btw, the reason why I was so upset is that the staff himself was not helpful. He even told us in a way that if I was not satisfied I got to find other hotels to stay and my check in time was around 4pm on Dec 31, New Year’s Eve though.

Advertised as including breakfast but I was told that they hadn’t served breakfast in 3 years. They discounted my bill by 150 baht. This is for 3 nights with 4 people. Breakfast at any other place was 150 baht for 1 person for one meal.

staff attitude was very rude n aggressive. tried to extort B5000 from me saying that i breached their rules. Their staff name Chern demanded B5000 fine for smoking in the compound when i checked out. i refused as there were no signage that say that i cant smoke in the compound/garden. . he refused to refund my deposit of B500. i felt like i was robbed. Not a friendly place to stay and this incident spoilt my holiday.

I loved the cleanliness and the size of the room and beds.

We booked one night plus breakfast included for 1,156 bahts and during the check-in process we were told the hotel was not serving breakfast anymore, so we would be refunded the breakfast. The final price was 1,100, so we were discounted a total of 56 bahts for 3 people (50 pence or cents for a three-people breakfast!). We tried to question this but there was no answer as the staff was telling us to contact the manager via Booking, but never got a reply. It seemed a bit of a rip off as we were expecting to be refunded at least 300 bahts (100 each).

Great value for money. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, cheap and quiet. We booked the triple room with breakfast and they didn't include it so they did a discount. Good staff. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, towels, free bottled water, coffee and tea...

They don't serve breakfast anymore

We were looking for an overnight in old city Chiang mai with our 3 young boys. This little hotel has amazing staff and hospitality, it’s SPARKLING clean, and it’s in a great location. No it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s not fancy, but it’s very well run and we so appreciated everything. Thanks so much for having us- would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mid-priced hotel that is clean clean clean.

Typical Thai beds (we are Canadian)- they are harder than we are used to. But I still slept well!

The best in town! Very Nice design of the hotel. Both in- and outside. Trat is an authentic little town. The last one before the Cambodian border and before going tot the Islands.
