The room was ok food is also fine nice shows and big swimming pools .

This is the sixth stay at pharaoh azur in 1 and half year , front disk staff are very kind and helpful specially Roranse she was so kind and understanding what we need during our stay , house keeping team also great

Wifi still payed at room comparing with stay cost WiFi should be for free at room thats make our stay easy because Wifi available for free only at lobby and the resort is soo big its difficult to go every time i want to use internet. Staff at restaurant is replaced with new staff with low experience so thats make the restaurant experience low value. The pool floor is very bad. There are deep gaps between the porcelain of the pool floor that caused my brother to get injured. I wish it was possible to replace the large swamp in the middle of the resort with pools with water games. In this case, the pressure on the current pools will be reduced and the management will have the opportunity to maintain the pools. Last point the : i ask the team of customer relation to make a birthday party for my daughter and They put a lot of obstacles before they agreed to this because I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday two days before the actual date, I hope this matter will be looked into

I really enjoyed my holiday here I went last minute booked for one week then booked a second week whilst I was there. The hotel was perfect for me the beach was a 2 minute walk through the hotel grounds, the pool and gym were perfect. The staff were absolutely great and made my holiday, they're all really friendly and good fun Essam in the Lobby bar went out of his way to make me feel at home, Faraq had us all doing Yoga and water aerobics and lots of other activities he's perfect for that job and got us all up when we were being lazy. I used the spa and Sabrine did the best massage I've ever had. Om counting the days until I can get back there. Thank you all so much.

J’ai reserver cette hotel pour la piscine interieur ayant peur du temps qu’il pouvait faire et ayant eu froid au caire. Mais j’avoue ne meme pas etre aller voir ou elle était le soleil est belle et bien chaud même s’il peut y avoir un vent frais ou froid. Tout d’abord j’ai ete surclassé dans deux appartement une chambre car les deux chambres n’etaient pas dispo. Que dire! Pour nous c’était exceptionnelle! Le buffet de nourriture est très varié, il ya de quoi manger de très bonne chose et à boire toute la journée et le soir les buffets sont juste splendide! Et toujours réapprovisionné! Il existe des resto à la carte avec inscription au préalable. nous avons tester l’asian et l’orientale c’etait juste délicieux!!!! Le personnel est très serviable et adorable!!! Une mention spéciale à samia qui a illuminé nos repas. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour la propreté des lieux, la bienveillance et bienséance du personnel! Une des piscine est chauffé et c’est topissime mais la seule piscine.

Le mobilier est plutot vieillot. Et il ya peu de prise (j’ai toujours une rallonge donc se n’est pas si grave). Dommage que la piscine ou il y a les tobogans n’est pas chauffé. Peu d’activité sur place. Les matelas sont peu confortable aussi. Mais vraiment mm avec ces quelques défauts il en vaut le detour le personnels est top, la nourriture est top de top!!!!

£375 All inclusive for 2 people for 7 nights in a bungalow overlooking the beach and Red Sea what isn’t to like. staff were great to and go above and beyond for you. would highly recommend this resort to everyone.
