Le magiche viste sul lago catturano la vostra attenzione al piano superiore nella spaziosa cucina a pianta aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con balcone esposto a nord inondato di sole, perfetto per intrattenere. A pochi passi dall'incantevole baia di Bremner, dai campi sportivi, dalla cittadina di Wanaka, dai caffè e dalla piscina condominiale ea solo 1 km dal lungolago.
Zona cucina ben attrezzata con un grande ponte. La struttura dispone di elettrodomestici moderni, cucina a gas, lavastoviglie ecc.
Grande nuova pompa di calore e riscaldamento nelle camere da letto. Non avrai freddo in questa casa!
La camera da letto principale al piano superiore dispone di un nuovo letto king size, bagno privato con vasca, cabina armadio e accesso al ponte che gode di un sacco di sole mentre vi godete quelle viste sul lago.
Al piano inferiore ha le restanti 2 camere da letto, lavanderia e bagno.

Great views and lovely place to stay two weeks with the family!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is in great condition and the heat pump kept it toasty. Great outlook. Highly recommended and will rebook.

We had Scottish visitors with us and the house was all part of the experience as it made their stay so enjoyable. Cannot rate this place enough. Will definitely be back sometime. Thanks again ❤️

The house was perfectly clean but gave a 4 star for 'Cleanliness' as there was a horrendous Curry smell but dont appreciate the smell throught out the house on our arrival, even to the extent of the smell impregnating the pillows... we had to buy scented candles and Nilodur and aired the house out - it was a shame the cleaners didnt do this before we arrived. After a couple of days it finally went. Otherwise the property is perfect, has everything you need to cook, good heating & comfy lounges along with AMAZING views... Def worth staying here.

Location of the property was around a half hour walk to the main township and not too far to walk to the lake. Perfect location for our holiday with lake boat access 2 minutes drive away. Property was very clean and had great views

A fabulous house, looking out over the mountains and Wanaka; the living accommodation is on the first floor, to optimise the view.. It has everything you could possibly need, and more, with loads of space, a spa bath, huge TV screen and a wonderful deck. I wish we could have been there for longer, and would certainly return.

This house is amazing. Beautifully finished and with everything you need. We loved the kitchen and raised front deck area for dinning! but my favourite was the spa bath tub ??

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. It was perfect for 2 couples but would be great for a family as well! Wanaka is beautiful. Shops, restaurants and activities all within close proximity to the home. Easy drive to Queenstown as well.
