Proximity to the Arab St precinct, bars and food was excellent.

The safe is not bolted to the wall. It’s just sitting on the rack where your suitcase should be. So my case was left on the floor. Not very sound proof as I could hear the people talking next door.

From the time we arrived, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The Reception is located on the 3rd storey, not the Main Entrance. This means a less crowded entry- great! Our room was clean and very comfortable. We didn't use any other facilities, as it was a 'rest and recover' visit to Singapore.

Everything was great. Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything we could ask for. Checkout was simple and they even organised an early morning taxi to the airport.

The breakfast was very good and varied and opened early enough for people with jetlag. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy even if we had an additional wriggly child in there too.

The loud music and the same video being played on loop throughout breakfast was very annoying. The room's decor are a bit tired and the photos on Booking made it look better than it was. The family room is a King Size and single, which I don't think was clear on the website.

LOCATION IS GOOD FOR EATING JOINTS, LOCAL SHOPPING AND NEAR TO FAMOUS SHOPPING BUGIS JUNCTION. EARLY CHECK IN REQUEST FO 11 AM WASNT FULFILLED. STAFFS ARE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL INCLUDING THE BAGGAGE STORAGE TEAM.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUEST COULD BE CONSIDERED. THERE WASNT A SPACIOUS LOUNGE WHILE WAITING FOR CHECK IN SINCE OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED EARLY HOURS IN MORNING AND CHECK IN WAS ONLY AT 2:00 PM ASSISTING FOR TRANSFER TAXI AND SHUTTLE WOULD HELP. DIDNT BUDGE ABOUT THE BREAKFAST TIMING EVEN THOUGH WE EXPLAINED ABOUT 2 YOUNG KIDS TRAVELLING.

The staffs were unfriendly. The location was difficult to find taxi It took so long to check in. During check out, the staffs were very unhelpful. I was travelling with 2 kids and asked for taxi service and they didn't respond to it. Very disappointing when we were leaving.

Location is the only thing going for this place. Find another option. Breakfast did have some good food and variety but breakfast staff rude and unpleasant resulting in us leaving early.

The amenities are not just tired - areas are quite run down. The staff were largely unhelpful and at times just rude - it was definitely a shared culture of screw every cent out of the guests. The rooms were large but everything run down - Aircon sounded like a train running through your room and the mustiness of all areas quite disconcerting. The pictures misrepresent the place - the actual pool was only thing well maintained but pool area was run down, walls cracked and decking in need of maintenance. This accommodation was the poorest one we had in over 6 weeks of traveling.

Good location to get around singapore. We used gojeck and was very easy and convenient. Breakfast was okay, had a variety but halal only. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed room changed. Offered late checkout which we declined as we had early flight out of Singapore.

The rooms were very outdated and for the price we paid was really disappointed. Pool cannot accommodate more than one or 2 families a time.. no seating available. Arrived at 10am and could not get early check in after a very long flight. Was asked to pay 20 Singapore Dollars per hour... But they do store luggage at no cost. Other than that beautiful hotel in common areas, rooms need updating.

Breakfast spread was ok lah and Check in was Astaghfirullah hal azim.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Zu der Metrostation Bugis keine 5 Minuten Fußweg. Zu Fuß nach Marina Bay ca 30 Minuten, Little India 10 Minuten, Arab Street lier direkt vor Ort Auch Chinatown und Downtown sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer 2 davon waren nicht renoviert und entsprechend abgewohnt. Diese waren mit Blick auf die Moschee (sieht toll aus), aber der Muezzin ruft die Gläubigen halt bereits um 5:45 Uhr zum Gebet. Kein USB Anschluss nicht einmal im renovierten Zimmer. Hätte man bei der Renovierung beachten können. Ist in der Zwischenzeit überall Standard. Frühstück war okay, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches erwarten.

A nice hotel in a really good location - we really like Bugis and find lots of useful places are nearby like Bugis Junction mall and the Bugis St markets. The hotel pool is nice and available after checkout (which is 12pm - great time) and the baggage storage system is great. Also loved having included breakfast each day, and it's a really good buffet breakfast.

The pool has limited seating and is not really set up for small children but we did fine. The restaurant is a little pricey for other meals so we didn't use it (but being a family of 4 our budget is a bit tighter).

I had 2 bookings and requested for them to be on the same floor with a view of MBS. But sadly we didn’t get them. I’ll be hard for you if you were to travel with a large group as the card that you have can only access to the room that you stay in.

The location of the hotel is in Arab street which is full of arabic and turkish restaurants. And close to trainstation and indian district. The bedrooms are spacious.

The building is very old therefore the couch and bed and all furnitures inside the room are worn out. The bathroom also looking old and muldy . We need to keep our finger on flush for toilets. For the money I pay I would'nt come back. I prefer to go to more modern and newer building where I feel fresh.
