Absolutely fantastic B&B. Highest standards in every department. There is nothing to fault here - just book it.

The Dean Court Hotel was a very nice experience with the owners being very welcoming. Location is well placed and easy to find. A shot walk to the Harbour and beach.

There were no issues with the Hotel Parking on site would be tight during busy periods Nothing else to add

Excellent location a short walk from the main seafront/marina in Torquay. Comfortable bed in a good sized room with mini-bar, fridge, tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities and a nice bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who provide an excellent cooked-to-order breakfast everyday, which you are able to order with them the night before.

The hosts were brilliant and made you feel very welcome also great advise on places to eat and visit, the devon Court was extremely clean and had plenty of little extras which we really appreciated, breakfast was awesome and would definitely recommend, this is a place I would recommend anyone to stay and I'll definitely be staying here again 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ in my opinion, thanks

Excellent breakfast. Owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful- did my breakfast especially early as I had an early start.

An elegant Victorian townhouse, it was beautifully curated, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. would recommend 100% and felt lucky to have stayed here.

Martin nd kayla were brilliant 👏 this place is a hidden gem at a very competitive price nd adult only policy sold it for us! Will definitely be going back.

Yummy freshly cooked breakfast which you could book in advance. Lovely bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room with a very comfy bed and immaculate shower! Perfect location for the Riviera Centre.

It took us a while for the owner to open the door when we arrived but all was good after that. Room was a little smaller than we had thought it would be but it was squeaky clean and very comfortable.

The hosts were magnificent. Very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast was delicious; made with top quality ingredients and everything you could wish for. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a real treat and the outside area immaculately kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
