Las vistas son buenas, excepcionales.
Las instalaciones están muy dejadas, mal mantenidas, poca limpieza, mal de menaje, mal de ropa de cama.
Tienes que estar en buena forma, ya que para bajar a la playa existe una escalera terrorífica, si no estas en buena forma, eres mayor, vas con niños, sillitas o sillas de ruedas muy mal. También se puede acceder andando por una acera a la playa, para bajar bien, pero para subir cuesta arriba.
El acceso a los propios apartamentos tiene un ascensor, que por cierto tiene muy mal aspecto, pero como no previamente has de subir otro montón de escaleras.

Ubicación excelente. Acondicionado con todo lo necesario en cocina y baño. Zona tranquila para descansar y disfrutar de unos días de playa en familia y/o amigos. Muy cerca de zona comercial y de restauración. Fácil acceso a red de transporte.
La ropa de cama no se ajusta a las proporciones de la misma (muy pequeña) y las toallas necesitan un cambio (ya no son blancas).

Lovely views of the sea/beach. Quiet part of Benidorm.
Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. Had an issue with the smoke alarm continuously flashing above the bed. Receptionist did try to resolve the issue, but problem was still unresolved when I checked out a week later.

The apartment is in a great location right above the beach. Sea view with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the view. It is clean and has everything you need for a nice vacation with your family. The staff at the reception is ready to help with anything you need. The apartment is in a quiet part of Benidorm and not far from the shopping center where you can find a lot of interesting shops.
The parking is expensive, it costs 20 euros for one day. Out of the season (to the end of june), you can park in the parking next to the beach, it's free and there are plenty of places. We were in Benidorm at the end of june.

It is in a quieter part of Benidorm. There was a bus stop just round the corner cost 3 euros for both of us to get to old/new town. The beach is beautiful and the view is amazing, 2 minute walk to beach down the stairs.

Peaceful, friendly, spotless apartment. Forgot to bring a hairdryer, staff gave us a lend of a brand new hairdryer for the duration of our stay. Genuinely fab spot. Fantastic sea view over looking the beach. Would highly recommend.
Steps down to the beach very step and there's loads. Bring an inhaler for the walk back up them.

Wonderful views from the balcony of the beach and sea and a very short walk down to them. the studio was light, clean and airy.
Walls are a little thin so I was disturbed by other guests a couple of times. I also had to wait about an hour to checkin, though to be fair I’d only just booked the apartment.

Everything the location is amazing fabulous views , lovely apartment with everything you need. Kitchen will equipped this microwave, kettle tosta and small hob.
Nice bathroom , and the lounge comtable beds and that can I say the balcony looks love the sea and FABULOUS views off Benidorm that is about a 20 mins walk.
Unlike Lavante beach this is lovely and quite with lovely bars and restaurants just a stone throw away.
I hope to go back soon it a little piece of paradise

The host contacted us through WhatsApp and she was very friendly and open to help us with our queries. Location is perfect, near to the beach.
The main corridor outside the room was a little bit smelly (humidity perhaps?). Limited parking so we had to park at the street outside (not a big deal though)
